Mycket trevligt boende och värd! Vår GPS visade en plats ca 400m tidigare på vägen, men Sven Erik var mycket hjälpsam och det var väldigt enkelt att komma fram. Vi sov en natt då vi var på genomresa och kan absolut tänka oss att stanna här igen 😊

Vi hade en väldigt fin vecka på denna natursköna plats i Orrviken! Boendet kändes både rymligare och mer privat än vad vi hade förväntat oss. Maria och Ulte var supertrevliga värdar som tipsade oss om utflykter, bl.a till Östnårbuan som blev en favorit för barnen.

Jättefin och rymlig lägenhet/övervåning med egen avskild ingång och stor uteplats. Lugnt och fridfullt med vackra omgivningar. Gångavstånd till sjön med badmöjligheter, roddbåt och kanot. Jenni med familj var alla mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rekommenderas varmt!

Perfekt ställe för en storfamilj. Ski in ski out läge med några få förbindelse liftar bort till Åreskutan. Snällare backar utanför dörren för dem som vill ha det. Mysig inredning i huset med inspirerande skidkultur på väggarna. Bra afterski ställe och restaurang Lilla Tyrolen 500m ovanför i pisten.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van deze plek. De communicatie verliep soepel. Het huisje was echt thuiskomen. Gezellig ingericht. Genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen. De badkamer was klein maar dat vonden we eigenlijk wel charmant en iets hebben. Als wij terug zijn in Östersund zouden we hier zo weer naartoe gaan.

Boendet är modernt, rymligt, rent och privat med en fantastisk utsikt över Storsjön. Eftersom boendet ligger precis vid sjön så kan man vintertid åka skridskor och sommartid bada om man vill.

Gorgeous place for a vacation with a very responsive host. The property, both inside and out, is even better than the photos suggest. It is very quiet and private, and the house is new & modern, and decorated beautifully. There are multiple TVs and living rooms. The internet connection and cell phone coverage were good both for working and streaming on TV. A few things to keep in mind are that the house is just off the road with some traffic and it's not a fenced property. We kept our young dog on leash or always kept an eye on her so that she did not go towards the front of the house from the backyard. It is also about 1km to the nearest sidewalk/trail to go for a walk without taking the car. One of the two bedrooms in the house does not have an attached bathroom and does not have a door.

Wer einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen möchte, der ist hier super gut aufgehoben. Wer schon mal den Film gesehen hat die Weihnachtshütte, der weiß wovon ich spreche. Es wird uns ein unvergesslicher Urlaub bleiben. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Danke dafür

This was our second stay and again we enjoyed the house and in particular the incredible view!

Wir waren zum Abschluss unserer Reise in Annis Haus und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig und mit eigenem Seezugang. Das vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einer sehr süßen Hütte gleich neben der Terrasse, also kein Problem. Anni hatte gute Tipps für Östersund. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Jonas sehr genossen! Die wunderbare Aussicht, Ruhe, Sauna, Ausstattung mit Sofas und Hängematten lassen einem keine anderem keine Wahl als Entspannung. Einfach perfekt um ein paar Tage zu relaxen. Auch die Erreichbarkeit mit Bus ging gut für uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I consider this one of the best places if you're looking for an excellent stay in Östersund. It is close to the city, easy to go everywhere by walking and the apartment has everything you need. Last but not least, Elise is super friendly and helpful with any request that might come to mind. Absolutely recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent 6 great days in this cozy flat in Orrviken. It was the perfect place to relax and to explore the surroundings of Östersund. We enjoyed the view over the lake and the mountains, went downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and ice skating. The hosts were very friendly and informed us when the northern lights could be seen. I am sure we will come back soon.

Beautiful cozy apartment just few minutes walk to the center, and supermarkets and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay at Joel’s place; the apartment has all the amenities you need during your stay. Highly recommended when you’re in Ostersund!
