Tranquil retreat

This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees.
