Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. The Franklin House is a historic home that contains 3 condos. Located downtown, across the street from the restaurants, bars, stores, coffee houses and museums and one block from the waterfront/musical fountain. GH State Park is 1 mile down the boardwalk. Each condo sleeps 4, which is our legal limit and enforced. All units have private entrances/outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and Weber grills.
