George è stato un host perfetto ed è stato facile comunicare con lui: consigliatissimo. Appartamento ampio e luminoso, posto in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro in auto. Eravamo in sei, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ed è stato piacevole cenare in casa anche se abbiamo trovato soltanto cinque piatti e una pentola troppo piccola per sei persone.

Very good location - nearby bus stop line 425 to the airport, very well-stocked and inexpensive supermarket, also close to the beach and the old town. Easy check-in and check-out. Balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.

Alex and Martha were both very welcoming The apartment was clean a spacious. The view to wake up to was amazing what more could you ask for in life. There is plenty of restaurants and shops along the strip and surprisingly quiet in the evening any noise completely stops before midnight. We would highly recommend staying here

Ev gercekten fotograflardaki gibiydi. Merkezi bir konumda olduğu için yürüyerek bile alışveriş ve plaja rahatlıkla gidebildik. Manzarası muhteşemdi. Her türlü ihtiyacımız karşılanmıştı. Bir dahaki tatilimi yine aynı yerde geçirmek çok isterim.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία και πολύ βολικό διαμέρισμα δύο υπνοδωματίων. Δεν λείπει τίποτα και νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Η οικοδέσποινα απαντούσε απευθείας, υπήρξε άριστη επικοινωνία και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε.

Отличное расположение рядом с морем, немного шумно, особенно в пятницу (но это Ларнака, это пляж, это туристическое место, тут нужно быть готовым), очень чистые апартаменты, легко заселиться, хозяин апартаментов прислал очень подробные инструкции. Приятно было увидеть такие мелочи как например средство для мытья посуды и бумажные полотенца. Удобная кровать и душ, мягкие полотенца. Из пожеланий, было бы здорово еще иметь ночник в комнате и микроволновку, но для короткого путешествия и без них все отлично.

Lovely location in the mountains with amazing views. The house was clean and had all the amenities required.

This is a beautiful place, it is like a peaceful sanctuary with your own private garden/courtyard, with orange and jasmine blossom trees and an olive tree . It is right in the heart of the old town and every thing is walking distance but it is also peaceful. Okan has written a book on the history of Famagusta and this love of history and heritage is reflected in the decor of the house. A very special place, I would definitely stay here again

The place is nice and the host has very good recommendation. Just that the parking might be difficult, for beginners, because there is not much space.

What a beautiful location and home for a stay in Cyprus. Stavros was amazing with his communication, personal touches and incredible hospitality. Would thoroughly recommend, we particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the beach and being in a great spot to explore the surroundings. Thank you Stavros.

The villa is everything you see in the pictures, just perfect. Fantastic location, no real need to drive if you don’t want to, supermarkets, bars, beaches, restaurants etc all within a short stroll. Nikos is a really friendly guy, nice little welcome pack of essential food items and his wife even made us a traditional Cypriot dinner, Kleftico. Nothing is too much trouble for Nikos and I would highly recommend the villa. We will definitely be back 😎

Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Spędziliśmy u Giorgosa tydzień. Mieszkanie idealne: czysto, świetnie wyposażone, niczego nie brakowało. Giorgos ugościł nas jak rodzinę. Przygotował wszystko czego potrzeba w domu: środki czystości, środki higieny, zimne napoje, kawę, herbatę, podstawowe przyprawy. Polecił lokalne sklepy oraz pomógł w zorganizowaniu sprawnego transferu w nocy na lotnisko. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić mieszkanie Giorgosa. Sam z pewnością tam wrócę!
