Lovely little cottage was perfect for the 3 of us plus doggo :) Location was fantastic....I've driven through Cley many times but it was wonderful to be staying there and to explore the village, coast path and beach. Great pubs with great food, the smoke house and picnic fayre shops were amazing for gorgeous treats to take home. I did park in the cottage courtyard space but it took me ages to get out again when we left....I am quite a rubbish parker so if you're quite confident you'll be OK We had everything we needed for our stay and Michelle was a brilliant and accommodating host....I would easily have stayed a few more days :)

Extraordinary host. Wonderful communication, spotless house, information on everything you need to know, great location . Cley next the sea and it’s spectacular birds 🦅 and Holkham with its dunes and beach. The best host we have ever stayed with recommended to the moon and back. Do go.

What a great house to stay in. Everything thought of and more. No hidden costs just a really welcoming/helpful host where nothing was too much trouble. Free Electric Vehicle Charging and space comfortably for 3 cars in the front of the property. A gathering area outside with bucket chairs and fire pit. Hot Tub ready to go and nice little touches with Neon lights etc…. The lounge has huge TV and well equipped Kitchen. Bedrooms were spotlessly clean and very well decorated. Bus Stop right outside the door to Great Yarmouth and other local towns and 3 minute walk to the beach. Couldn’t really ask for more!!! Thank you Alexis was a great few days there.

Beautiful holiday villa especially if you wish to travel With kids.. spacious and beautiful garden.. Vila was pre equipped with all the appliances and very clean.. Jamie and Wendy were very responsive all the way from booking to checkout.. they kindly also highlighted the nearby attractions which were great Thank you for hosting us.. looking forward to visit again

I would recommend the house, it's in a fab location near a beautiful beach and local amenities, feels homely and is good value. Note there's no iron so you might want to take one with you! The day bed room can be bright early in the spring/summer mornings (due to no blind/curtain on one of the windows).

A fabulous location and we will definitely be back again. the lodge was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. we felt right at home. A great walk to the beach too which our dog loved. Easy to find and easy to get to local attractions. We would highly recommend Lee's place.

We’ve just returned from another lovely stay at Sunhaven in Overstrand. Jane was a fantastic host once again, ensuring everything was ready for our arrival and that we had what we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable break. The house suits us perfectly. It is relaxed, welcoming, and well equipped, with a great garden and living space that feels safe and tranquil for both us and the dogs. Tucked away down a long drive, it offers a real sense of seclusion while still being close to everything. The location is excellent, with the beach and village nearby and Cromer within easy walking distance along the beach. It is a perfect spot for dog walks and exploring the area. It is always a pleasure to return and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Jane, for another great stay.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The house is well equipped with plenty of room for our party of eight adults. The house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and cotton bed linen. The kitchen was perfect for catering for our family. We took my elderly mother and the basement bedroom and bathroom were ideal as her mobility is limited. Would highly recommend this lovely house for a family gathering
