Jahrhundert, denkmalgeschützt, komplett restauriert und ausgestattet mit hohem Wohnkomfort. Unser 4-Sterne-Haus liegt ruhig, mitten im Ortskern auf einem ca. 3000 qm großem Grundstück mit viel Platz für Sport und Spiel und lange Abende am Kaminfeuer unter freiem Himmel . Traditionelle Bauweise trifft auf Komfort - Wohnerlebnis garantiert!

Altes Umgebinde im Zittauer Gebirge

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden Mit viel Liebe wurde der ursprüngliche Zustand des denkmalgeschützten Umgebindehauses von 1825 wieder hergestellt. Das zweigeschossige Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 11 Personen. In der alten Blockstube befindet sich die vollausgestattete Küche und die gemütliche Stube mit Kachelofen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Raum für ca. 30 Personen. Der naturbelassene Garten mit Obstwiese kann zum Grillen und Verweilen genutzt werden. Eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden.

Vybavení kuchyně - lednice,mikrovlnná trouba,sklokeramický dvouvařič, rychlovarná konvice,toustovač,dřez a umývadlo. Parkování automobilu před domem v klidné ulici. Poloha domu - do centra města cca 15 min.pěší chůze,MHD cca 300 metrů.Možnost posezení v zahradě pod pergolou,úprava masa na plyn. grilu, použití žulového kamene nebo udírny(při pobytu na 2 a více nocí).

Se puede practicar senderismo, ciclismo o esquí de fondo directamente desde la cabaña. Nos gustaría informar a nuestros huéspedes que nuestra casa solo tiene un pozo como fuente de agua y es muy importante ahorrar agua. Durante los meses de invierno, no podemos garantizar que la casa siempre sea accesible en coche.

The house originally from the 30s of the 20th century has been completely renovated and offers all the comforts of a modern home combined with the romance of a stay in the countryside. The house offers 11 beds in 3 bedrooms (2+4+3 beds) and a living room (2 beds). There is also a baby cot.

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!
