This was an incredible place to stay. We appreciate the little details, like John offering to get us something from Sam's as he was headed out to the luggage racks in the bedrooms.

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans as well as spices that made meal preparations so easy. Every thing was squeaky clean and the house was very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful, comfortable, large home in a great location on the lake, with a private dock and swim ladder. It’s within a quiet gated community close to the attractions, but far enough away that there is zero traffic noise and no loud parties in the neighborhood. The home has been renovated in several areas, and the new bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and relaxing. Fast wifi, great TV, lots of games and even fishing poles. The kitchen is very well appointed including a massive grill on the kitchen deck, and the living room furniture is very comfortable. The living room also has a stunning view of the lake. The host was very kind and attentive. Trista made sure I was settled in well and gave me a great list of nearby amenities including caverns, parks, restaurants and other entertainment. She even checked in on me thru the app during a thunderstorm to make sure I was doing alright.

Our stay here was great! Dzenad was very responsive with any questions I had. It is so peaceful with the river practically in the backyard. I DEFINITELY recommend staying there if you get the chance.

This year’s stay did not disappoint! The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly maintained—just as we remembered. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. When we asked for firewood, it was delivered right away, making our evenings by the fire even more special. The location is fantastic—peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed(water). The host was attentive and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. We truly love coming back to this property and can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommend

We were staying in Tim's Little Red River Cottage as we visited Harding University for their annual spring sing. Tim's place had ample beds for our family of 6, plenty of space for us to stretch out and plenty of amenities for a relaxing weekend. We were able to walk and bike in the quiet neighborhood, Fish off of the dock and canoe, read from the great library of books, enjoyed the fireplace on a cool morning, enjoyed the screened in porch, used the Blackstone grill and had some fantastic family time. Thank you for allowing your place to be used as it was a blessing to our family.

This place makes you feel like you’re on vacation yet right at home. The view was absolutely beautiful with amazing sunsets. Never had to go far within the house or outside to find something to do.

Great place and great host. Loved the area and really enjoyed all of the supplied firewood. Property just as described and overall was a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay! My husband and I had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The cottage felt very cozy. I had some trouble checking in because I'm not used to AirBnB, but the host was very helpful and responsive. Checkout was easy as well! We hope to come back soon!!

This was such a nice place to visit. Host was extremely responsive. Property was exactly as described. It rained the whole time we were there so wasn’t able to experience all that was offered outside. My wife said let’s go back here when we come back and I completely agree! Thanks for such a great place!

We were in town for a wedding and rented the lake house for the weekend. This place was exactly as advertised. This was one of the best places we have stayed. The house was beautiful and comfortable and the setting was so peaceful. We didn’t want to come home!

We loved the cabin and the view was spectacular! The privacy was top notch. It was a little too cold to go kayaking so we're hoping to come back to enjoy getting out on the river! We highly recommend Charla's cozy cabin!

The cabin and land is gorgeous! We loved the kayaks and the easy access to the lake. Eric and his family SO accommodating-- I had some issues with the grill and they brought a new one out first thing in the morning-was so impressed with their attentiveness thanks so much! Definitely will book again!

There were 5 teenage boys and one adult on a Spring break fishing trip. They loved the house and the lake and everything went smoothly, even though it was a last-minute booking. The booking was easy, and the kids had a great time. Thank you, Joshua, for being so accommodating.

Wonderful place to stay. Very warm and inviting. A slice of heaven if you want to get away from everything. We watched hummingbirds feed right on the patio. Were able to sit and read outside. No clutter, well organized and very clean. My Husband uses a walker, and the house was handicap accessible. Love the option to do our laundry while staying there. Host answered all questions very quickly. We had business at Fort Lenord Wood, St. Louis, and visited with some relatives. This was a perfect location to travel in different directions equally. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed staying at cabin #3! The lookout is gorgeous and the whole property feels so secluded. Our dogs really enjoyed it, too! Thanks, Robbie!

We absolutely loved our experience at the cabins! It was hands down the most peaceful and serene spot and we will be going back! The only thing I would do different is bring my own pillow lol. They had super comfy fluffy pillows which are amazing buuuut I love a thin pillow!

Within 15 minutes of historic Downtown, nice balcony, convenient parking. I especially loved the balcony all though i wish there was an oven. The rooms were plenty spacious for our needs and the bathroom was nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay despite the bad weather. For being stuck inside it was cozy and relaxing. We are very pleased and thankful for our experience.
