danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

The stay was amazing and abbie and the crew was as accommodating, and helpful as all the reviews have mentioned! The beach was a little too far for the older folks in our party, but that was remedied by Abbie via the golf cart shuttle which was definitely huge help. I’ve already recommended twinscapes to some friends looking for a quick getaway from home! Thank you again for such a pleasant stay!

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. The host, Mr, Jess was very responsive and accommodating. The House was cozy, clean, smells good, quiet and private. The 3 bathrooms were all clean. The kitchen has complete cookwares/utensils that we need for cooking our meals. The location of the house was very near the pool and beach area. The pool is big and not over crowded. The star of the house is the 8 seater JACUZZI, which we enjoy and gave us a very relaxing experience. Plus point for us it is pet friendly, our fur baby enjoy the place and the beach. Over all it was a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay.

Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed at Ernest’s place to have fun with my family and dogs. Absolutely loved the space as it felt very cozy and homey while still getting the vibe of being on a vacation. We did book for 2 nights but we just stayed one night only because there is an emergency. I am hesitant to ask the host for a refund but I tried to but the hosted reponded politely and He is easy to talk to, then I got the refund. We are looking forward to Stay in His place again soon. maganda Yung place, super worth it! make surel lang to buy ice and food! we bought 3 pack of ice sa alpha mart. gawin nyo ng 5. bumili din kayo ng food for the entire staty kasi nakaka tamad lumabas pag andoon na kayo. maganda Yung place! make sure Lang na prepared kayo. 5 ice pack sa alpha mart! food for the entire stay.

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

Ms. Mackie is very accommodating and responds promptly to my inquiries. The place is perfect for families, with a warm and homey vibe. It’s clean and comes with complete cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. What you see on the Airbnb listing is exactly what you get. She also provided clear instructions on how to get to the place and even assisted us in arranging a cottage near the beach. Highly recommended!

My family enjoyed our 2-night stay at Cevy's place, it looked exactly as in the photos and is easy to find. It is private and secure enough. The host communicated proactively and was very responsive. Ate Maru, the caretaker was helpful. We also ordered extra food and they were delivered on time and was delicious esp the Crispy Pata. The pool was clean and cold even on a hot day which was fine by us and we enjoyed anyway. We plan to book again for our next celebration.

I am a foreigner from USA, I stayed 5 nights here. This was my first time in the area and also first time ever using airbnb. My overall experience was 5 stars easily. I came about 90 minutes before check in the care taker let me in. I had great communication throughout the whole process. The area is so quiet even though being about 500 meters from the main road. There is also a store 2 houses away from the airbnb. The pool was clean everything was clean. Has 3 showers 2 bathrooms. 1 shower is outside which is nice. Also has remote and parking for vehicles. AC is only in the master bedroom but they have 3 fans that you can strategically put around the house. I'm from California so the heat wasn't even close to as hot as it is back home so it was fine for me. They have Netflix and ps5 and a great sound bar also. You can watch TV and listen to music while in the pool. I want to make this clear. The owner has two wonderful care takers. Seriously great friendly people.

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

My Family and I had a wonderful stay here, Ms. Ma Cristina, the host, was incredibly responsive and very accomodating with all my requests. The caretaker were friendly and helpful. The property itself is clean and beautiful, with everything well maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great place, excellent service, we will difiniteley come back again. If you're looking for a peaceful and private getaway with your family/friends this is the perfect choice.

We really love the place. It is very private so you can really enjoy the time with your family. I have 5 dogs and they were all welcome at the resort. I love the view, and we sing all through out our stay. The care taker helped us buy the things/food that we like and need. He's very active in assisting us. Flexible check-in and even check-out. (Shoutout to the host, Thank you very much on the given favor!) Just be prepared to drive in a narrow and a bit rocky road when you are navigating the resort (this is just 2-3mins so its not a problem). Save the direction early because signal is 1 bar to none. Wifi is available so this should not be a problem. Overall, this will be our go to resort in Sariaya whenever we like a pet friendly and private resort. Love lots and more blessing to you all!
