Our stay at Emelita’s place was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with cozy frames, and had all the things we could possibly need. The location was perfect— and a very fast internet connection. The place is very close to all, alfamart and local restaurants, and a walking distance to the resort. Emelita was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and all instructions were clear. One of the highlights was the outdoor area where we had our morning coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipa. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing stay! If Sta. Rosa, Laguna had more nearby attractions aside from Enchanted Kingdom, we definitely would’ve extended our visit. The best part about the house is its location, it’s in a secure, gated subdivision just a short walk from EK! The furniture and interiors were top-notch, and the home was so comfortable that we could’ve happily spent the whole day just relaxing indoors. We absolutely loved our time here! ✨

We met the hosts upon check-in, and they were very warm and welcoming. They gave us a helpful tour of the house, which made it easy for us to get comfortable and find our way around during our stay. One of the highlights was the entertainment room—it was spacious and had plenty to offer. We enjoyed the karaoke setup and had a great time playing billiards. It was the perfect spot to unwind and have fun. Another memorable part of our stay was the delicious lasagna from Pamela's Kitchenette—it was absolutely flavorful and comforting, definitely a must-try! Overall, the hosts’ hospitality, the well-thought-out amenities, and the great food truly made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Stayed a night with the family and we had a blast. Every was clean and organized. Jody and the caretaker - Kuya Ivan was very responsive and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, kitchen is complete, bathrooms in every room are clean. The kids loved the pool and thr adults loved the Jacuzzi.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.

Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

The stay was great, we had a little bump during check in, but otherwise, it was perfect. Property owner and assistant were very accommodating. The property has complete and over the top supplies and ammenities. A highly recommended go-to place in the area.

It's a place to get away and beat the heat in a private, peaceful area. Will definitely recommend!

I had a great 2-night stay. The unit was clean and cozy and the hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. There’s also a nearby spot I recommend for food, Ababu Persian Kitchen. 😊

Levys place us awesome its nice a nd clean has a home from home feel about it. Has everything you need for your stay. Levy is so responsive and the location is great its nice and quite. All the guards and staff that work here are so friendly. I originally booked for 2 months and have booked for another 2 month's i love Levys apartment. There is a small supermarket about a 5 minute walk its easy to walk to the entrance to get the Jeepney to go to Alabang or anywhere local. Its nice and cool at night and lovely to walk around the complex. There is a beautiful outdoor pool and a gym on site and the membership is not that expensive. I would highly recommend Levys apartment you wont be disappointed. Check in was so easy Levy met us in the apartment and she had brought us some welcome gifts Tea coffe cookies and biscuits which was a nice thing to do. Im looking forward to the next 2 month's in Levys apartment i don't want to go home.

I consider Ma'am Kiara's place to be the best unit yet that I've visited particularly in terms of the home accessories present because everything you need is already inside the unit. We could've stayed for more than a day and we wouldn't even need to get out frequently.
