This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

This Airbnb is the perfect place if you want to stay by the beach, it’s literally just steps away. Check in and out was very easy and the room was very clean. However, there is a bar that plays loud music attached to the Airbnb. Personally, it didn't bother me whatsoever, and I even enjoyed being able to step out and get a drink, nevertheless, for those looking to go to bed early, it could be annoying (however, there are earplugs in the room just in case).

Pacific Point is a lovely, new apartment building with a beautiful pool and great location, right on the beach in Jacó! Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for two people. It was very clean and had lots of supplies, especially for cooking. We loved our view from the balcony and enjoyed seeing scarlet macaws and flocks of penguins, especially early in the morning! We also loved the rooftop area where we could watch the sun set. There are lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance of the building. Our other family members had a three-bedroom spacious apartment in the same building, which made it most convenient to stay in such a lovely location! Erick was a great communicator from booking the apartment through our last day of our stay, and was most helpful. We also want to give a shout-out to our driver Bini from Odyssey Travel! We would happily stay here again!

We loved staying in this place! It was perfect for the whole family. We spent our days between the beach and the pool and it was perfect. Nothing better than having the beach right in front of the house. Also they had cleaning services every day included in the price which was amazing, we didn’t have to be cleaning the sand of the floors and we had new towels every day. We completely loved our stay totally recommend!

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Jacó, Costa Rica! The location couldn't be better - just seconds away from the beach with so much to do nearby. Whether you want to surf, relax, explore, or enjoy the nightlife, everything is super accessible. The host, Spencer, was absolutely fantastic - extremely responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jacó and would love to come back.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Beautiful place steps away from the southern end of the beach of this national park - secluded, tranquil, and among the spectacular vegetation! Had stayed here before, never will get old. Almost want to mention that the caretaker couple are also special.

Our family really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. The views, the pool, and the patio were all perfect places to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped. The 3 bedrooms all had their own nice en suite bathrooms which was great! I'd highly recommend this for a relaxing stay in an off the beaten path oceanfront spot! As other I read in other reviews, the beach did have lots of driftwood and some trash that had washed up. This didn't detract from our stay at all, but worth noting if that would bother you. Jorge was great with communication before and during our trip. The restaurant he recommended right outside the gated community was a great meal and the family running the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Excellent logement, très bien équipé. Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Guillermo avec qui la communication a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

We had such an amazing time here the private rooftop patio was so beautiful we drank our coffee up there every morning. The security was so friendly, we felt very safe. Everything was in walking distance… restaurants and grocery stores. Overall amazing would visit again.

We were very happy staying at the condo. Amazing balcony with the most gorgeous view of the Playa Blanca beach. The condo was filled with most everything you would need. Lots of nice beach blankets, full kitchen and the surprise was having house cleaners weekly. The host responded very quick was very nice. A little far from the main road but a beautiful beach and lovely condo! Also Macaws and monkeys every day!!!

Estuvimos 4 noches , 5 días El lugar es precioso, la vista al mar al tomar el café de la mañana fue mágico. Todas las comodidades para hacer nuestra comida, muy aseado! Un lugar con mucha calidez. Los anfitriones siempre atentos. 🙌🏼 La playa está a pocos pasos del apartamento, la piscina también. El personal del condominio súper lindo, cálidos y atentos siempre. Muy seguro !!
