Rod’s place was fantastic. We chose it because we have children aged 1, 2 and 4. It’s walking distance to everything - the beach, the pirate playground, great footpaths for scootering, walking distance to shops and restaurants and the facility also has a pool that is wade-in which meant our young children could splash in the shallow area without us holding them. The apartment was kitted out with everything we needed - and more! We brought our own baby Bjorn travel cot but they have the exact same one in the apartment. There was even a small step for toddlers to reach the sink. We loved having access to a few puzzles and books - we brought our own with us not expecting the apartment to have anything but my 4yo completed Rod’s 100 piece puzzles multiple times! The underground secure carpark is great. We drive a Kia carnival and had no problems with the carpark at all. Rod and Kathy provided very clear instructions and information. It was also extremely clean!

I had a great stay at this place during my trip to the Gold Coast. Everything was more than just good – the cleanliness, comfort, and overall setup exceeded my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the place looked exactly like the photos. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great experience overall!

We had three wonderful days at Kim's lovely property. Location was right in the heart of Broadbeach with all its attractions a short stroll. property was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Kim was very helpful and all her written access instructions were clear. Highly recommend this property for all prospective tenants.

Michelle's place has fantastic views and very relaxing too. The location was perfect for us with beach walks close by and also the walking track towards Boroadbeach was really good. We felt quite comfortable at this place and will look at staying at this location again should we happen to visit GC in the future.

The apartment is great, in a great location, with an incredible view. I simply loved it and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the Gold Coast.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The location is ideal, amenities great and the apartment had incredible views. Layout is great for a family and the apartment seemed well maintained. Shaleah was responsive and went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. Thanks, we hope to return one day!

We are return guests and this will definitely not be our last. This is prime location to all the attractions/night life of Surfers. Views are spectacular and even though in the centre of Surfers it allows quiet and relaxed atmosphere looking over the water and city lights.

A beautiful stay on a serene canal, right in the heart of Broadbeach. There was a grass patch downstairs for our dog. Brad was very responsive when we had questions.

We had a perfect stay here, the spacious living area was perfect for our stay as we were getting married in Beaudesert and had plenty of room for our bridal party to get ready. We had everything we needed and loved the children’s toy area in the sunroom. Overall a fantastic location and would highly recommended. Helen & Eddie

Gary & Karyn are wonderful host, they are happy to help in everything, communication from check in to check out no issue at all. The place is very clean and comfortable. The location is awesome, shopping, restaurant and beach around the area. Property is secured in quiet street for a good sleep. Perfect for our family of four, we enjoyed our stay.

Quel super séjour !!! Un peu court à notre goût malheureusement. La maison est superbe et idéalement située. Les hôtes Griet et Lincon sont super sympa accueillants et disponible, prêt à rendre service en cas de besoin. On gardera un super souvenir, peut être le meilleur Airbnb fait jusqu'à présent. En espérant pouvoir revenir un de ces jours. Ils méritent largement leur 5 étoiles !!! Vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés.

We had the pleasure of staying for 3-nights at this beautiful house. Michelle was super helpful with check-in information, prior to us getting to the property! The place was very secluded, however, had everything we needed to make us feel at home! The pool & porch, was thoroughly enjoyed by our whānau (family.) Nice & local to the supermarket, cafe & petrol station. Would definitely stay here again, if we visit the Gold Coast again! Thank you Michelle for hosting our whānau 💛

De tuin waaraan het appartement ligt, is prachtig. Een oase in de stad. Veel vogels ! Een prima rustig gelegen appartement en uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

We stayed for 4 nights, whilst visiting the Gold Coast. Perfect location for visiting all the local attractions. It’s very quiet & peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and Karen provided some breakfast items, which was very much appreciated. Also lots of good local recommendations, which was very helpful for us.
