Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. We also have another listing, ‘Stablau’r Esgob’ which may be of interest.

This is a true 'off grid' stay, complete with eco- composting toilet, wood-burning stove and working small-holding.

You’ll love our cottage especially the cosiness, the views, and the location. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends. We are walking distance to a RSPB reserve where you can hear the bittern. Come and enjoy the lovely setting in this romantic spot in nature.
