Clean, tidy and really well equipped. The rooms are setup well and the beds are very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Claire went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even left us Easter treats to arrive to after our journey in! Thanks again! Made for a very memorable stay.

Our group of grandparents (visiting from Canada), parents and 2 children aged 6 and 2 enjoyed our Easter weekend stay. The kitchen was well equipped for all our food prep; bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean; there were DVDs of cartoons that the adults all remember, as well as some movies. The adults enjoyed playing table tennis, and the sleepout was a good place to store bicycles. Proximity to the excellent playground, the beach and the estuary were big pluses. The enclosed yard was also helpful for keeping the children safe. And wine and chocolates were a pleasant welcoming gift. Thanks so much for sharing your attractive and comfortable bach.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cosy, charming, and absolutely perfect, especially for such a special occasion. I got ready here with my bridesmaids on the morning of my wedding, and it couldn’t have been a better space for it. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all our requests, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My husband and I especially loved the spa pool , it was such a relaxing and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Slice of Paradise in Te Horo! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Te Horo. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and the expansive land filled with apple, fig, and feijoa trees The house itself is stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is modern and a joy to cook in, the lounge is cozy and perfect for relaxing, and the jacuzzi was such a treat under the stars. Our stay for the last weekend of the school holidays was PERFECT im glad we made the trip to Ōtaki for a family reunion we enjoyed our stay so much we hope to return again the fire made the place so cosy when you could sit around it with the beach in your view there was lots of space, games were a hit for the kids although we didnt spend most of our time soaking up the beautiful surroundings we had a great experiences, it didnt end there waking up and having the beautiful beach right there was an absolute bonus from sunset to sunrise was stunning!!!

Cindy's whare was the perfect place to host a house of kaumātua. It was clean, pristine, the kitchen had everything to prepare meals. We were thankful for the neighbours too as they reminded us about rubbish/recycling day in and amongst a busy film festival schedule. A beautiful spot.

Really awesome place for a weekend stay. Great location. It's directly above LBQ, so you'll get a bit of late night noise in the weekend.

Sally's apartment was an great place to stay for our family of 5. The apartment is really spacious, has a great designer decorating style, anbd super comfortable. It's also located in a nice part of Wellington. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms clean, and beds comfortable. We had a fantactic time there. Its a short walk into the main part of the city , and so we walked everywhere, including to the harbour and museum. It's in an easy location and even the local tour operator whom we booked a Lord of the Rings tour and seal tour actually picked us up out front of the apartment because its in a central location. We would definately book again and highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Wellington. Sally was also really helpful and even let us leave our luggage at another property she manages at checkout because our flight was late in the evening. Sally is a really lovely host as well.

Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. It's exactly what you need if you are here for a visit or a medium term stay. Thanks Sally!

We loved our stay over Easter weekend. The house was perfect for a group with everything you need and spacious. The location is amazing with beautiful ocean views overlooking Kapiti island. We were so lucky with the weather and could sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, and in the mornings eat breakfast with a view.

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Alexandra and Matt are very welcoming, as their house and their garden, also Frankie the cat. For us this wonderful place was the perfect start for our new zealand round trip. Great location, handy to Botanic Gardens, local shops, central city and great access to motorway out of town and to airport. Drive on access with parking was very helpful. Sunny in the mornings and good heating when the weather turned cold. Kitchen very well supplied with everything that you need.

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

Very accurate description on the listing of what it was like to stay with Allie in Wadestown. I was there for a fortnight and became adjusted to the routines yet felt very undisturbed. It really suited my requirements at the time.

This was only a one night stay for us and we arrived very late and left very early in the morning. All we did was sleep in the bed quick and then leave right away. Therefore, I don’t have much that I can comment on, however, it definitely met our needs. Check in and check out was turn key. Thank you for the stay.
