This newly renovated schoolhouse doubles as a picturesque live-in museum! The lower level boasts of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a cozy living area, kitchenette, dedicated workspace and separate entrance. This private suite in Paris, Ontario, 'Canada's Prettiest Little Town', is the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. Bring your bikes/kayaks/canoe and hiking shoes, the suite is close to numerous trails and access points on the Nith and Grand Rivers. The suite is attached to the front of our home, which is located in a residential neighborhood. We are a 20 minute walk from downtown Paris, six minutes from the 403, thirty minutes from Hamilton Airport and 1.5 hours from the GTA.

Enjoy 150 feet of lakefront just outside the city limits. This fully remodeled cottage has fun for all to enjoy. There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for those that live on the water. We also have floaties if you just want to lounge and relax by the water. In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace. The 800 square feet of deck overlooks the water for all your needs.

This trailer is perfect for 2 to 4 adults looking to relax and enjoy the scenery or explore the lake on kayak or fishing in the lake or enjoy some outdoor movies or campfire or under the stars.
