I would love to stay here again next year. Alpine Meadow's is right across the street from peak 9 so we just walked to the mountain every day and it probably only took 10 minutes to walk to the entire other side of main street if you wanted to touch every restaurant and bar. Their communication was amazing! The bedroom TV fell over off its stand by accident and they came the next morning with a replacement. The place was clean and had 2.5 baths which was great for 4 skier/snowboarders after the mountain. Highly recommend and price is fair.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo! The condo was just as described. Very cozy with wonderful views of the mountain. We loved the ease of walking to the slopes and to downtown. We hope to come back someday!

Location, Location, Location.. Perfect home within minutes of all the shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. Home did not disappoint and only added to the great experience of Breckenridge.

mindy’s place was beautiful inside and out . Everything was 1st class and i highly recommend her townhome to anyone that is visiting the breckenridge area . We will definitely be returning again next year and will stay again . Thank you kindly

I had an amazing stay at Nora's place! She was always quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and well equipped. The location is walking distance to ski..... (but we preferred the free bus at the end of the parking lot in ski boots.) Just one stop/ a 1 min ride to peaks 7 and 8 . Or a short ride to explore the town. It was a home away from home.

Greag location and value, literal feet from the lift. Parking in the resort is worth the cost of the rental alone! The unit is homey and has what you need. It is hard to find, especially in the dark.

We really enjoyed our time at Michael's place. She space was comfortable and very clean. The walk into town isn't bad ~ about 10 min. We ubered back because it was more uphill to get back. Checking in was super easy and there was no confusion. The hot tub at the unit was great! Our son's girlfriend had to work and the space was large enough for her to have her area and not feel like she was in the middle of everyone.

Wonderful place, quiet, peaceful and private. Great hosts. Clean and spacious with everything you need! I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was fantastic! This location is in perfect proximity to both the mountain and Main Street. The hot tub was a lifesaver after full days on the slopes, and the entire unit was thoughtfully furnished.

It was perfect for our ski trip. Close to the bus stop and 1 or 2 bus stops to the base of the mountain. It was amazing and beautiful.

What a fabulous place! Beautiful views and countless amenities! We spent a long weekend skiing with our family. Mark sent a very informative document with advice on just about anything you could think of in the area. We referred to it for advice on skiing, transportation, ski rentals, and local restaurants. The condo was amazing! While we were there, we had about two feet of snow, which made for great skiing! The condo was so scenic - we could sit and watch the snow accumulate outside! We would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

This condo was fantastic! The location is amazing. There’s a bit of space to stretch out but still walkable to center village, East village, and the Woodward Barn. We were there for my son’s competition at the mountain and this was a perfect spot. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and brand new linens and towels in the bedrooms. I hope my son makes nationals next year so that we can stay here again! The hosts were also very quick to communicate with recommendations for dinner and any issues. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We loved our stay. It was close to everything we needed, clean inside and the perfect amount of amenities. And we loved that it was pet friendly.

We had an excellent stay. This condo is well appointed on the side of a cute little mountain town. Bailey is in the middle of most tourist destinations in CO. An easy hour and a half to Breckenridge, an hour to Denver. Was easy to find, the place was spotless and had great amenities. The humidifier was a nice extra that I used nightly. Loved having a washer/dryer. The back porch had a comfortable dining set to eat dinner at /drink coffee in the morning. We saw deer grazing right in the back yard. There were plentiful birds in the trees behind the apartment. We didn't use the garage but it was plenty spacious. The pantry had plenty of dry goods and coffee. The beds were comfy with enough pillows and extra linens available, and the fireplace made the home so cozy without heat. If I come to the area again I'll be sure to rent this place or one of the co-host's other places because she was so responsive and helpful during our stay. Do not hesitate to book your stay here! Highly recommend!

Location is perfect for skiing Breckenridge! Able to walk to lift and ski home each day for lunch with our 4 young kids. Place was clean with fully stocked kitchen and we felt right at home. Condo is not far from elevator in building which made for easy garage access too. Hosts were incredibly responsive with suggestions for our trip and had all instructions clearly outlined. Lovely home and perfect for mountain visit!

The space was in the perfect location. It was fun to see the skiers come down the slope just beyond the backyard. The location was very walkable to town which gave our 13 year old and 10 year old kids some freedom to get out on their own. The front desk was available for anything we needed. Great place!

This place was fantastic for our reunion of friends. Plenty of space and privacy with the bedrooms spaced out, and each with its own bathroom. The common space center of the home is spacious and comfy, great place to hang out together. Well equipped kitchen. Place is close to town, very short drive, plus shuttle available as needed. Host very helpful, friendly, responsive. All great!

Of all the Air BnBs we have stayed at this one ranks the best! The kitchen was top notch because it was so well stocked with amazing kitchen tools and small appliances. The master bed was super comfy and the living room area fit all 6 of us very nice and cozily! The best part was corresponding with Janna. She was super helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. I highly recommend this property!

Our two families stayed at Steven's spotless and very large condo for a week. The house easily accommodated the 7 of us and the converted garage is a dream for parents! We appreciated having the fireplaces, separate bathrooms for the parents and kids, the ski rack, boot dryer and washer/dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Steven was very responsive to our questions before the trip and accommodated a special request once we were there. The location is perfect for accessing the mountain - ski down to the underpass for the gondola or call the shuttle and then ski back using the clear instructions from Steven. It is an easy five minute walk to town and all of the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool/hot tubs and access to bowling at a nearby resort. The condo is very private and quiet, even with such close proximity to town and the mountain. We highly recommend renting Steven's beautiful home, you will be thrilled!

We loved this location. We walked and took the bus everywhere, including to ski, the grocery store, and to rent a car to hit up hot springs for a day. We enjoyed apres ski, dinners out, and shopping. So much to do and not enough time!
