All outside facilities in the groundfloor are exclusive only for users of our Beach Suite.

You may also use a common veranda and the swing in the beautiful garden of the estate. *Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the bus and taxi station are within less than a 3-minute walk.

You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is Sun Kyma café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
