Jimmy and his family are amazing hosts, super friendly, and responsive! The hotel is centrally located on Main St. and it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. The room we stayed in was cozy and enough to accommodate a 2 night stay as we explored the town. Their cafe on the main level has tasty food as well. Book your stay at Cold Spring Hotel!

Jimmy is the best host I've encountered in staying. He was accommodating, friendly, kind, and really made the stay even better.

Just got back from a wonderful one night stay with Jimmy. We were greeted warmly, with humor and great local recommendations. The hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the Cold Spring Metro North stop. The room was exactly as pictured: quaint, clean, and cozy. We were offered discounts on breakfast and additional nights stays, which was a great touch. Jimmy was kind enough to hold our luggage and let us use his cafe's restroom after we checked out and explored Cold Spring for the day. If I come back to explore the multitude of hiking trails in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay with Jimmy again. Very nice option for a short Cold Spring stay. Jimmy was friendly and willing to help out in every way. We ended up needing to move the reservation week of and he was super helpful and flexible. The rooms were perfectly fine for a short stay - clean and comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Jimmy and his family are incredibly kind and gracious host, super accommodating and tries their best to make every stay as pleasant as possible. The room was very spacious and clean and location was perfect and central to all.

Second time staying here, and would stay again. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Hosts helpful and responsive. We were able to get a last minute early check-in, which was great. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. We like that it is budget friendly (for the area) and clean, and family owned!

Cold Spring Hotel and Jimmy the host are the best. Walkable from the train, pet friendly, plus the front desk is a cafe! This is a no-brainer when visiting Cold Spring. We’ll definitely book again.

Nice hotel with pool and rooms a little more bigger than common rooms in nyc. Very clean. Excellent hotel. If I had to point out something to improve, it would be the food options.

Had a wonderful weekend getaway! The place was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the ski slopes and nearby activities, making it incredibly convenient for all the fun. The amenities are all within the building as well, we didnt have time to use the heated pool ans sauna but it looked like lots of fun. Next time! Highly recommend!

Arlo is most definitely one of my top 5 favorite hotels! I really love the rustic look the hotel has and the scent all around the location! this is definitely a great place to stay not far from anything you need to reach. It's not my first time staying at this location nor will it be the last time.

I wanted to stay close to time square but had to deal with the bus and the train two ways . If you need something close to time square and want to adventure is ok but since I’m not use to the public transportation and I’m from the suburbs the location wasn’t good for my family . But the hotel is great if you have kids they can enjoy the pool and if you’re not planing to go out you can go to eat American food and enjoy the inside gym . I don’t recommend drive to time square since there is hard to find parking . Also look for the towns close to New York there are 15 one of them is union city west New York . Be safe

Nice location for exploring the city. Met many nice people and a few really good restaurants within minutes.

Place was great. It was a refurbished mansion turned Italian restaraunt turned Airbnb and so there was a veritable charm to it.

I can honestly say it was way better than expected. Host reached out to me before I even realized I might miss the check in window and took care of me and my family. Thank you so much.

This is our 2nd stay at The Warwick, because the first visit was so delightful. Gabriella, the host, is always responsive, attentive and proactive with booking arrangements. The rooms are delightful victorian themed comfort. The rooms are upstairs in the historic Warwick Inn, above Prime 36 - an upscale steakhouse restaurant. Besides the delicious fare at the restaurant, the bar is an excellent place to have a cocktail before starting the evening, or ending the evening after the day’s adventures. We recommend The Warwick highly! Be back soon ♥️

Incredible place in the heart of the Lower East Side. Not only a fantastic place to call home base for a week for a family of five, there’s a ton going on around, in the best possible way. Two markets within a block or two, tons of coffee shops, great restaurants, playgrounds right nearby, and a short walk to the 2nd Ave. F Train stop. Traveling with kids can be tough, but they made it easy with a pack n’ play, high chair, and bunk bed, all of which made this an excellently comfortable place in a great neighborhood.

Great place to stay. Walkable to most everything in Warwick. Lots of room to spread out and the bathroom was quite large. You have to walk through the front of the restaurant to reach the loft and the restaurant staff was always very welcoming upon our return. We had a slight hiccup at check-in, but Gabriela was extremely responsive. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place — it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to get to other areas of Brooklyn, by train or citibike. She was very responsive and we appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out due to our travel schedule. The bedroom faces the street so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper, but we were fine for the most part. And, of course, Sana the cat was so friendly and certainly added to the stay!
