We were visiting for a family wedding and were looking for a place for a group of adults. Caroline's place was absolutely ideal, cosy but with enough room for everyone to have their own space when they wanted. Spotlessly clean and those additional touches that make you feel really welcome when you arrive. The highlight has to be having your own private 'pub' - the snooker was a huge hit although my skills haven't improved at all! Great value for money and a fantastic place to stay - hopefully we'll be back someday!

Fabulous house, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful area, overlooking a golf course, minutes from the beach. Katrina had provided everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We had a lovely time!

We know St Andrews well, but this was our first time staying at this particular caravan site, and we were thoroughly impressed. The location is absolutely perfect, but what really stood out was the high standard of the accommodation. The caravan is spotless, clearly well cared for, and felt like a true home away from home. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like fresh milk in the fridge, shower gel and even decent dishwasher tablets! A fantastic stay and we will be back!

This was our second stay here and we love it. The location is great and it’s handy to have the parking space too. We love using the cut through from Lade Braes to South street to access the main part of town and will definitely book again when visiting our daughter. To date this is by far the best apartment in St Andrews we’ve found at this price point

Great house and lovely area to stay. Richard's home is modern and clean, very functional and a great deal. He and his wife met us as soon as we arrived and helped us with everything we needed. My daughter was extremely happy as there is a kids park within touching distance (very quiet, family neighbourhood) and we had great fun staying here.

This Airbnb stay was excellent! The entire house was clean, cozy, and warm, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with even the condiments fully stocked—perfect for cooking. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toilet paper provided, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved staying here, the cabin was immaculate, exactly as shown on the pictures. The garden is amazing especially for those with dogs as they have lots of free roam and fenced in at the back. The hot tub and sauna were a great addition after a long day of hiking. The host was helpful when we arrived as we went to the cabin next door so he showed us ours and showed us around, very lovely and helpful. Offered to re sort hot tub when we arrived as they said it was slightly foamy but it was absolutely perfect so we didn’t have to request that. Overall an amazing log cabin, in a peaceful location. We will definitely return 100%.
