A hundred meters above you can find the historical Monastery of Saint John and in just 5 minutes walk from the house you can reach Agia Levia's square. From the rooftop of the house you will have a panoramic view of the port, the windmills, the Monastery and you can enjoy the amazing sunset.

Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
