Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. The walk to the beach is a 5 minute stroll, as you can see from the pictures.

The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).

Ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με δύο υπνοδωμάτια κομπλέ κουζίνα που μπορείτε να μαγειρεύεται τραπεζαρία με βεράντα που μπορείτε να απολαμβάνετε τον πρωινό σας καφέ με nespesso ή δείπνο σας και ένα μπαλκόνι μπροστά στα δωμάτια με θέα προς το Γαιο.

Peaceful little stone house, overlooking the olive groves and through to the sea. 10 minutes walk to Loggos and a shorter walk down to the beach. One double bedroom in the ground floor, a double and a single bed on the mezzanine level. Ideal for children . The cottage have Aircon
