This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

All are welcome to enjoy our Art House, full of light, color and art, just two blocks from the beautiful French Quarter via the Algiers ferry. Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

Restored Farmhouse AKA “The Old House”

Welcome to the "Old House"! Escape to this beautifully restored farmhouse, where comfort meets charm. With 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and plenty of space to accommodate up to 8 guests, it's ideal for a relaxing retreat. Start your mornings on the front porch, sip your coffee, and enjoy the peaceful view of neighboring farm animals. The new kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Located just a short drive to local attractions, you're close while still nestled in a tranquil setting.

Harbor Landing Cottage - Close to The Lakefront

Stroll along the Mandeville Lakefront or launch your boat across the street from this cottage. Enjoy bike riding on the Tammany Trace or rent Kyaks for a day on the lake. You will find many things to do and enjoy in Mandeville. Two bikes are available for guest use and there are bike rentals near the Mandeville Trailhead. The trailhead hosts a farmers market on Saturdays, free Spring and Fall concerts and a splash pad for the kids. Mandeville is a bike and pedestrian friendly community.

Relax in this spacious home in Bay St. Louis and enjoy the private pool and hot tub. This home is located on a quiet dead end road and features plenty of space to spread out, relax, and entertain. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy while watching the kids play in the pool, fish from the back yard, or enjoy the fire pit. Relax and unwind at Camp Who Dat! The house is perfect for entertaining with a screened porch upstairs, an outdoor kitchen downstairs, a boat dock, and hot tub. The house is a short drive to the gulf coast beaches and downtown and there is a boat launch nearby. The house has an open kitchen and living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer, and high speed internet. The house has an outdoor lift for ADA (by request only). Bring your bikes, kayaks, jet skis, pontoon or bay boat!
