I really liked the location of this place. It's 20 kms before main Manali market etc so if you're goal is to see Manali then this might be a bit far unless you have your own car. We weren't really interested in Mall road and our main goal was to drive to Atal tunnel and Keylong the next morning. So for a night's stay it was perfect. Surrounded by lots of green I liked the quiet ambience here. I am not sure how the other rooms were but we booked a villa that had a hall and 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 on the first floor. Both rooms had attached bathrooms. The campus also had some random swings that gave us 5 mins of adventure lol. Food taste was decent (some may not like it but if you're not a food drama queen you'll survive) P.S. For those worried by the word "Satvika" in the name - they do have non veg food :)

This is hands down "THE BEST" place to stay if you love peace and nature. On the outskirts of Manali, this place is best if you are travelling with friends or family. Great view, great hospitality by host Amit. He was very friendly and cooperative. He greeted us even when we reached the property at 1 in the night. He showed us around the property, and most of all, the place was neat, clean and tidy. with nice rooms, and fully equipped kitchen. Totally worth it. 👌

Deepak ji & Aaryan has been a wonderful host. Although the stretch is bit long & also on hight, i had kids & my wife so for them it was bit difficult but apart from this this place is really serene, Calm and especially for those who are looking for long term stay, This is the best place one can stay. Pin drop silence, Privacy with beautiful room, patio, and a well equipped kitchen along with amazing host. Last but not the least, If you need any assistance or help Deepak ji & Aaryan will be there for you. I would definitely recommend this place for couple, Solo travelers & long term stay folks. I had a great time at Sublime Homestay, I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how good the location was and everything else was just as good as the listing said! Rajender ji was always trying to be helpful and helped me find the best way to get around. I’m definitely planning on staying here again if I visit the area again someday!

It was our first trip to Himachal. Chahat and Vyanky was very helpful to arranging our transport and site seeing locations. Special thanks to Drawraka Didi and Chamman Bhai who gave us good homely food and took care of all our needs. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot about the villages and their history. Mohit’s place is about 40–50 minutes from Manali, which actually works in its favour if you’re looking to escape the tourist rush. Set in a gated community with security and parking, the area feels safe and peaceful, even though it’s tucked away in a quiet village setting. Local convenience stores are close by for essentials, and the neighbourhood has a warm, welcoming vibe. Mohit was very responsive and helped us with nearby food options. Deliveries take about an hour, so plan ahead. Special mention to a homestay near the monastery serving tasty homemade meals. The place is well-suited for a quiet getaway or a relaxed workation. There’s space to walk, Wi-Fi works well, the TV keeps you equipped if needed, and while brief power cuts occurred during rain, it wasn’t an issue. The kitchen-with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, gives you the flexibility to prepare something up if you wish. Serene balcony views with open skies and hills—perfect for anyone seeking calm, comfort, and quiet.

If you’re looking for a cozy, private mountain retreat with amazing views, this is the perfect place. The property is exactly as shown in the profile - calm and beautiful. It's just a short hike to Naggar Castle, nearby temples, and also close to the local chawk and eateries, making it convenient for exploring. Initially planned to stay for a week but ended up extending my stay there. The owner's family lives on the property and they were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. Siddharth was also very responsive, assisting with anything I needed. Just a note: The Wi-Fi is pretty good (40mbps), but if you’re planning a workation, it’s a good idea to have a strong mobile network to use your hotspot as a backup. I will surely choose this place again if I come back.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Nice location, extremely clean, and the caretaker Pawan is very responsive. We forgot one of our bags in an almirah, and Pawan went out of the way and assured that he will get it shipped as well. Would definitely visit again. Avoid ordering from Singh dhaba, didnt find the food fresh. You can go for meals at the HPTDC hotel, Golf Glade. Fresh and reasonable food, hardly 5 mins drive. Even Club Mahindra restaurants are good.

We booked Sukh Sagar to spend a quiet New Year as a family of three, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The host was approachable and very helpful before, upon our arrival and during the stay. The staff was proactive, ensuring our stay was clean, comfortable, and hassle-free on the beautiful Beas river front property. They even arranged a private New Year’s Eve celebration for us, complete with a bonfire and snacks. The flat was spacious, with large bedrooms, a cozy living room featuring a fireplace, and thoughtful amenities perfect for a family stay. WiFi, TV, and ample parking—everything was on point. Full marks for the setup! The surroundings were serene and picturesque, adding to the charm of the place. However, finding the homestay after reaching Dwara can be a little confusing. It’s best to ask for directions at local shops about Dobhi or contact the host for precise guidance. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at the property. It is very near to the main road. Adarsh and his family were pro-active and gave us good recommendations to explore the city :)
