After losing both of my parents unexpectedly in the last 12 months, this was my first solo mini-vacation to try to find some inner peace again somehow. As a young female traveling alone, I felt extremely safe the entire time I was there. The condo is beautiful and was extremely clean in comparison to most places. You can tell their cleaning person actually takes their job seriously. Richard was extremely responsive and gave me all the necessary instructions to make check in and check out a breeze. He even checked in a few times just to make sure everything was going okay. I'll definitely rent this place again in the future and take more solo trips. I genuinely was sad to leave after 4 nights! I think next time I may do a week stay. It was everything you want in an Air BnB whether it's one person or a small family! I can't wait to come back again soon. Thank you, Richard and Kendyl, for a beautiful place to stay while I tried to find myself again and process my grief and loss.

The hostess was very responsive and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend it. It was a beautiful trip to this house, which overlooks the beach.

Eloise is a very good host and the house is just like in the photos, it's very clean and the best thing is that it's just a few steps from the beach. I will definitely return!!

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

My family loved the stay at this condo! The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. My daughters loved the bunk beds! The ocean is within a few minutes walking distance and was so peaceful and uncrowded. The pool was beautiful with most days having the entire pool to ourselves. The beds were so comfortable making us feel right at home. We really enjoyed our stay!

Surf City ground level condo was wonderful! Super clean, pet-friendly, and in a quiet, beachside neighborhood. The coffee machine was a nice touch. Sabine was a great host with excellent communication. We had a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful fall beach vacation at Susan's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is an easy walk to the beach access. The community dock is great for fishing and crabbing. There was plenty of room in the house for our family and everything was just as described in the listing. The house does have a lot of steps for anyone who might have mobility issues. Susan was a great hostess and we plan to return next year!

Ed’s place was perfect for our quick getaway. His house is just as described. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of the sound/intercostal and unique canals. Easy walk (4 min) to the beach and short (5 min) drive to the heart of Surf City and the bridge. Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need. Ed is very responsive, and a great host. We’d love to return.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable and tidy home - Main entrance is on bottom floor w/all the bedrooms and kitchen and living room are upstairs. Two bedrooms and living room have access straight to the beach - the beach & ocean is literally just steps away - amazing !! Quiet community w/numerous restaurants and ice cream shops just minutes away.

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

This beautiful house on the river was the perfect gathering place for family togetherness and relaxation. The location was so peaceful and the house so well equipped. We didn’t have time to enjoy the kayaks, but did spend some quiet time sitting on the beautiful dock. The open areas and huge kitchen in the house made family meals and conversations so easy. The close proximity to Old River Farm was perfect for an event. We loved our stay!

Sea Stilts is a very nice oceanfront, single level, 3-Bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. I think of it as a bungalow. Walk off the back porch down the steps and you are on the beach. We have stayed there twice now, in mid April and now early May. There were not a lot of people on the beach. That may change some during the summer months, but even if all the adjacent houses were fully occupied I don’t think the beach would be crowded. The back porch has 6 composite “LL Bean” type high chairs with cup holders so you can sit out there and enjoy the unobstructed ocean view. When we arrived (easy entry via digital combination lock), the place was clean and neat. We never ran out of hot water (there were 2 of us), and there is a nice stacking washer/dryer so you can do your laundry. We would definitely stay there again!

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

The beach house was exactly what we expected! Spacious, clean, wonderfully decorated with many things to do, even in the rainy, tropical storm weather that we were experiencing during our stay. Wish we would have had the opportunity to utilize the dock and the beach but mother nature took over. We still enjoyed our time together at this beautiful place!

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent stay. The location was unparalleled, offering breathtaking oceanfront views. The vistas of the sea from the private balcony were stunning. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great condo! Clean well taken care of!

Place was very clean and well stocked for 2 adults and 2 children. There were beach toys and chairs. The beds were comfortable and extra half bath was convenient. Neighbors were very nice. Pool is not heated but beautiful. Alan responded to us within minutes always. Just a heads up- Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the second floor.

Dwen’s condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The pictures truly don’t do the place justice. I’ve never seen a kitchen so stocked with supplies. Dwen was very responsive with any concerns we had and addressed them quickly. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Thanks Dwen!

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. It was exactly as described and pictured. I’d say even better. Jim has really thought of the little details, such as phone chargers, water in the fridge, and some beginning toiletries. The beach was fantastic and so close. Location is prime. Right in Surf city close to everything. Can’t wait to come back.
