The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

33 Ft Camper perfect for a layover/getaway

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!

Right between Seneca and Clemson you will find our getaway. It's 5 mins from Historic Ram Cat Alley with shopping, restaurants, and breweries with Jazz on the Alley music every Thursday night (April - Oct.) It's only 10 minutes from Clemson University. Surrounded by 3 different lakes Jocassee, Keowee, and Hartwell with just a short drive away. You can ride 30 mins up to the mountains where you can hike trails and see waterfalls the foothills have to offer.

The Pendle-Tin

At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, tucked-away setting on the west end of downtown Pendleton. Just 5–8 minutes from Clemson’s Death Valley and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Lake Hartwell is about 5 minutes away and the mountains are an easy day trip. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
