This light and bright studio is the lower level of our family home in the Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. Enjoy your own entrance and private space. This open studio can accommodate two people with a soft and comfortable queen bed, an eating area with table and chairs, a private bathroom with tile shower, TV, and kitchenette. While there is no shared space, please keep in mind you may hear footsteps, voices, or noise from above at points throughout the day, and we do have small children.

We are a block and a half from the MAX train yellow line which can get you downtown in a 1/2 hour, but you won’t need to go far; we are in a great neighborhood! Enjoy our private entry way studio carriage house located behind our main home in the middle of Piedmont. Right next to Peninsula park and the Rosa Parks MAX Station, you'll be a walk away from a rose garden picnic, and stops away from City Center. The walk-up studio is fit with a full sized bed, a day bed/couch, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. If you feel the need to use the full kitchen, stop by New Seasons located two blocks away, for some ingredients.
