The Oast House is on a private Tudor Estate. A listed mid-Victorian property has charming period features, a large garden and storage. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Terrific for group bookings, cycling and triathlon participants, temp workers, golfers, extended families in area for special occasions, corporate charity rides, or bake off weekends! Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Enjoy a peaceful shepherds hut glamping stay in the Kent countryside, just off the B2027 near Hever and Penshurst. Step straight onto public footpaths for scenic walks and traditional country pubs. The private hut features a log burner, fire pit/BBQ (logs provided) and a private hot shower. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
