Часто бываем по работе в Аджмане, и это лучший дом в городе, по моему мнению. Пляж через дорогу, много ресторанов, отличный вид. В квартире есть абсолютно все и даже больше. Хозяйка Алина встретила как старых друзей. Вернемся еще раз обязательно.

Our stay was superb! We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and we are so happy. The place made us feel like we’re home with a nice and relaxing view. We love’d that the host Dolly was there to welcome us. She even gave us our requests for wine glass and rice cooker the time we needed it, she even gave us balloons for our anniversary. She is so accommodating. I love’d that the kitchen is complete, got to cook for the whole family comfortably. It is great that there is a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed the amenities such as the jacuzzi and pool at the rooftop. My kids loved the beach and playground. Our stay was really stress free, everything we need was provided. The checkout was smooth as well. We’ll surely come back and recommend it to our friends.

Villa was very clean and nice, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Marie is very accommodating and understanding. The property is well maintained with all amenities you can think of. The house gives you urban beach house vibes yet very comforting. Easily accessible to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was terrific through the living room and master bedroom, looking right over the water. You can tell that the owners really care about their property- it was pristine. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Noureen’s villa. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every detail showed how much care she puts into hosting. The check-in process was smooth, and she was always responsive and kind whenever we needed anything. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. We truly felt at home, and we would definitely love to come back again. Thank you, Ms. Noureen, for being such a gracious host!

Great host.. flexible for the check-out time.. Little bit difficult to find location but instructions were given for the same.. There was a housekeeper available for any requests...

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

This resort is truly one of the best I’ve ever visited! The experience was absolutely worth every riyal — I have paid, the ambiance, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding. Although it’s a bit far, the journey was worth it for such a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch getaway!

Muy buen apartamento para pasar unos días en Dubái , al lado de la playa con muchos servicios , en general todo muy bien

This is our 6th stay in Dubai Marina and first one at this luxury 2BR apartment at Address Residence. First, I would like to say that Amin is an awesome host, responsive and helpful. All our questions have been answered very quickly. Apartment is great: new, big, modern, bright, with comfortable beds for 4 adults in 2 sleeping rooms and additionally there is a big sofa in the living room. All room facilities are as described, new and with a great selection (very well considered details). There is a super good terrace with incredible sea view in this apartment on the 53rd floor - big and secure, with sofa, chairs and tables. There is a shadow during a hot day and no wind on a windy day on the terrace. There is a swiming pool area outside and sun lounges with sun umbrellas on the beach. Public beach with private area. Proper beach towels available. Sea area is bordered with a net that is really good and is secure and water is very clear. Great parking place. Definitely recommend!!

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Very nice apartment in a very private area with private beach, pool, gym. Area is nice and calm albeit not a great deal in the area itself but main upside is the facilities and the beach. There is an excellent cafe just below called six which is a great lunch spot. For more interesting restaurants which are dotted around Dubai it is easy to get a taxi or uber. No shops nearby from what I could find but again easy get things delivered. Will stay again next time in Dubai

Nous avons séjourne 1 semaine et la vue sur la mer etait toujours un plaisir au réveil. Et le coucher du soleil superbe. Le logement est spacieux la literie confortable. Je recommande fortement. Jerin est un hôte très sympathique et très réactif. Merci encore pour tout. 🙏🏽

Merci à Sandra et Lars pour leur acceuil. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de la marina avec une vue splendide depuis l’appartement et la vaste terrasse. Nous avons passé d’agréable moment dans la piscine privée ainsi que dans l’appartement possédant tout le confort nécessaire. Il est à deux pas de la plage, commerces de proximité, boutiques et restaurants pour tous les goûts. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location qui vous permettra de créer de beaux souvenirs et profiter d’agréables vacances.
