I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

A great getaway with loads to do close by for whatever mood you're in - great towns and cities like Calendar and Stirling less than half an hour away, equally beautiful countryside and multiple waterfalls, lochs and walks to choose from on the doorstep. Our toddler loved the on site swimming pool and the grown ups enjoyed the peaceful views from the hot tub too! Rosie was so friendly and accommodating.

What an incredible getaway from the world! Very idyllic, country living. The home felt super cosy and homely. Eggs from the chickens and marmalade in the kitchen waiting for our arrival was a lovely touch! Beds were all very comfortable and we all had great night sleep each night. We had an amazing week at Nether Glenny! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and endless opportunities for walking right from the cottage. Alison was extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful local area. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

Marianne was a great host and was very proactive in her communication. The instructions to get to the property were spot on and easy to follow. The property is beautiful and as described. It has everything you could possibly want for a short or long stay. Gorgeous surroundings and we found ourselves watching the farm animals far more than watching the tv. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

This was a perfect quiet getaway with a beautiful view, and nice/convenient kitchen and laundry amenities. Bed had a heating mattress which was nice too. It got a bit cold even with radiators, but maybe we were using them wrong… Google Maps routed us incorrectly and getting there at night it was hard to follow Jill’s given instructions, but the instructions were clear. Overall very happy with the place and its amazing value! Look forward to staying again!

Helen was an excellent host and very helpful when we were dropped off at the wrong place! We felt really welcomed in their home, and enjoyed the lovely welcome gift. The hot tub is lovely and overlooks the beautiful property. Loved our stay!

Jason wasn’t at the property so we dealt with his wife Melanie who was very receptive to any queries we had. The property was lovely in a fantastic location. It was very remote so we needed to stock up beforehand. We were very sad to leave after such a great stay.

We had a perfect stay this past weekend at Andrew’s cabin. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the cabin itself is spacious yet cosy, and very well stocked. Great communication from Andrew too. Will definitely be back !

We had an incredible stay at the Cake House. We loved every minute of it! The location is stunning and the house is beautiful. It was such a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Nicola is a fantastic host, and the farm and goats were so friendly meeting them made our trip! I couldn’t recommend this air bnb more! We will definitely be back!

Logement confortable et agréable ! on s’y sent bien tout de suite. Parfait pour un séjour calme et reposant. Les voisins qui sont venus nous rendre une courte visite étaient très sympathiques (deux chiens et un mouton).

We had a lovely stay at the bothy — it was spacious, peaceful, and the beds were incredibly comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. The only downside was that the kitchen utensils were a bit limited, which made cooking a bit tricky at times. Still, it was a great base for exploring the area and we’d happily come back!

We had a great time staying here! There was lots of communal space, and a great kitchen for catering for so many people! It was wonderful to have a bathroom attached to every bedroom. Crieff had all the shops we needed a short drive away, and the area was lovely to explore.

Great accomodation, very comfortable, well equipped, cosy and spacious. We had a great stay here, really lovely location. This will now become a favourite for us on our trips home to Scotland.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our little break away. We all loved the surrounding, so beautiful and picturesque. Had a walk around the gardens to meet the chickens, geese, peacocks and saw the horses, cows and sheep on our walk. Deer was also visible across from the farm in the open part of the forest. The house itself has everything you need and is spacious and comfortable. After busy days of visiting tourist attractions (lots of castles) we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the log burner fire on and we played games with the kids. Games are provided and we also brought our own favourites, which was great for the rainy evenings. Getting there was easy following sat nav and was well signed the closer you got there. Rebecca was friendly and quick to respond, an excellent host and everyone that we met on the farm was so friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. Would absolutely recommend for long and short stays and we hope to visit again.

The perfect accommodation for a peaceful and quiet getaway. We found Salmon Cottage to be comfortable and homely. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days there and can highly recommend it!!

This is a beautiful property, finished to a very high standard. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The views out of the windows are wonderful. There is a huge outside table for alfresco dinning (Scottish weather allowing) and a gas Ooni pizza oven. Large woodburning stove in the main lounge area. The house is very tastefully finished with some of the thickest towels I have ever used. Everything has been thought of. If you have forgotten something there is a Co-Op less than a mile up the road in Newburgh. The property has its own driveway and is very private, sitting up on the side of the hill with views over the countryside. We were three couples and the property was just what we needed and the dog loved it also.

A lovely cottage away from the town, set amongst wonderful wildlife and dark night skies. The cottage was very comfortable and welcoming with a stocked wood pile, good heating and hot water, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you expect. It was all you imagine about an old country cottage which retained some old features from the past but has been updated to ensure that you wanted for nothing. It is definitely a place I will return to again.

The house was beautiful, the view out the back of the house was stunning. Loved waking up every morning to enjoy the view from the conservatory. The yard and surrounding grounds were like a park. very beautiful place to call home for a week.

Blairbell Cottage was beautiful and peaceful. Great location for many day trips including St Andrews, The Hermitage, Cairngorms and short drive from Edinburgh. The Cottage was very clean and nicer than the photos. It was especially nice to see pretty pheasants and deer each morning in the fields. The hot tub on a chilly night was the perfect addition. The kitchen was well equipped and it was a bonus to have a butcher/farm shop so close by. Definitely recommend a trip to Gloagburn Farm. Their dog Baxter was the sweetest! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!

A once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you're having doubts about whether to rent it, don't hesitate. Everything is wonderful. The location has incredible views. You can breathe in plenty of fresh air and peace. The house is extremely spacious and comfortable, with everything you need so you don't have to leave. If anything were missing, Catherine quickly attends to your needs. As for the host, she makes the experience even more wonderful. She's sweet and kind, always ensuring you have an incredible stay. A lovely person. I would definitely love to come back for a longer stay! 100% recommended!

Such an amazing house in a beautiful location - waking up to the changing view of Schiehallion each day was a real treat. Cosying up by the fantastic log burner was a lovely way to spend the evenings.
