It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

It is a beautiful limestone studio with one main room and an en-suite bathroom plus its own courtyard. There is a queen size bed, wardrobe, small fridge, tea and coffee, microwave, table and chairs.

A clean, modern self-contained guest house separate to the main home with own entry in excellent location to the city, Optus Stadium/ Casino, the Swan River, Victoria Park Cafe strip and popular cafes in the local area. Unlimited free street parking in front of property. The guesthouse is on the bus route to the Perth CBD.
