Great host and great place to stay. Communication was great and the host ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e non possiamo che esprimere il nostro entusiasmo! L'host è stato sempre gentilissima e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e facendo in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. L'appartamento è veramente carino, pulito e ben arredato, con un tocco moderno che si nota in ogni dettaglio, dato che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La posizione è davvero ottima: in una zona vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e ai trasporti pubblici, il che lo rende ideale per esplorare la città. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

Daniel was great at communicating and was really accommodating with us needing to check in early. The room was clean and tidy and served the purpose for us.

Good Location, cosy flat , two telilis, secured and private. Definitely worth the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Isobel was a fantastic host. We appreciated the extras left for us and enjoyed the log burning fire every evening during our stay. The surrounding area is stunning! Maps and guidence for local walks were provided, which we definitely took advantage of during the nice weather. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend a stay at The Garden House.

Enjoyable stay at Daniel’s. Place was clean and well thought out. There is a small park nearby for children. We found Milton Keynes very easy to get around with great road infrastructure and there were lots of nice places to visit.

Very lucky to have found this gem of a property at short notice. Moving house with a young baby and needed a bridging home so to speak - for a week. The host is very responsive to all communications, very very helpful and accommodating to small changes and the property itself is excellent. Really same and cosy, they had a Christmas tree set up with the lights on. Felt right at home straight away. Highly highly recommend . Thank you

Great location for the Racecourse and the local Pub's too

Suzanne is one of the most warm and welcoming hosts we’ve ever experienced. Not only did she leave some thoughtful touches around the house such as milk for a cuppa and some croissants for breakfast but she did for our little woof too by leaving little dog bowls out for her to use! We had a very comfortable night sleep in such a peaceful home and area. Highly recommend! Xx

Perfect location for a short weekend stay in Oakham/Rutland Water - 5 minute walk to the main high street and railway station. Spacious, functional home with everything you need. Easy to access and plenty of space to park 2 cars. Peaceful area and easy to find and access. Really comfy beds and all the facilities were clear and easy to use as well as being super clean. James was great at communicating and provided clear instructions without prompt. Would return and stay here again in the future.

Sam hat sehr schnell reagiert, obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig buchen wollte. Die Lage ist sehr einmalig und beide Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine tolle Unterkunft!

Ryan is excellent in hosting. He was welcoming and friendly. His place is very spacious, super clean and equipped with all things necessary. And the view of the city from his balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!

The place turned out to be beyond all expectations. In a residential area, easy to reach, a quiet&safe place to return to;only 15 m.walk from the Historic Center,surrounded by parks and small local pubs,Bus Stops &Trains Station are also closer,so you ll have the chance to discover a bit of the Cambridgeshire if you like!Flat,it's absolutely fantastic!Sunny,spotless equipped with all you may need!Plenty of space at your disposal,a large bright room with independent access-huge,comfortable bed,a private bathroom filled with all comforts possibly needed & more!Nothing missing,everything is tidy&clean as host takes such good care of it!Flat's unique in its style,a stunning place,made amazing by all its unique details,an house with a great personality-it mirrors Colleen's.She s a perfect host,communication has been effective and easy-info.&rules,very clear She s always happy to help and share tips!She's kind,descreet,perfect to share flat with&much worthy a chat!Highly recommended!!!
