Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Phocis

Logement spacieux très agréable avec vue sur mer, 3 terrasses. Dans un quartier très fréquenté, quoique un peu bruyant dû à une route très passagère devant. A proximité du centre à pied, des restaurants. Idéal Patras et ses alentours (Olympie, Delphes). Merci à Viviana pour les boissons et les produits locaux (gâteaux).

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από την διαμονή μας. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία. το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους. Άμα μας ξαναβγάλει ο δρόμος από κει σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und wir konnten aus dem Bett heraus das Meer beobachten. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Meine Kinder und ich waren sehr zufrieden und haben jede Minute genossen. Auf der Terrasse vom Hotel kann mit mit Getränken oder auch Essen den Sonnenuntergang genießen und wir haben uns immer willkommen gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, Bäckereien und Patisseriem. Wir würden sehr gerne eines Tages wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser - näher zum Meer geht nicht - so dass wir das Rauschen des Meeres genießen konnten. Eri hat uns alle denkbar notwendigen Infos vorab zukommen lassen und war auch während des Aufenthalts durchgehend erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich - vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für die herausragende Gastfreundschaft Eri! Auf griechisch heißt Gastfreundschaft nicht umsonst Fremde zu Freunden machen;)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, vor allem der Blick vom Balkon!

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

Vasili was a very good host his responses to our questions was quick a very nice man. His home was as the photos overlooking the ocean beautiful and this time of the year it was very peaceful. Would recommend staying there especially in the summer time would be beautiful only meters away from the water

Flott beliggenhet til sjøen med en fin strand av småstein. 4 ektepar med 4 barn (1år til 10år), koste oss veldig. Bassenget og sjøen var i bruk hele dagene når vi var på huset. Vi hadde 3 biler parkert i garagen under huset, og brukte dem til å reise rundt i området. Rent og pent over alt, godt forhold til verten. Et par spørsmål underveis, ble raskt besvart. Vi syns det var greit med bil der. Takk til Yiannis for et flott opphold og fint sted. Aage

Nasz miesięczny pobyt u Nikolaosa i jego żony był bardzo udany. Dom jest wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Widok z okna jest niesamowity!! ❤️ Nikolaos, jego żona i synowa Ania są bardzo przyjaźni, mili i pomocni. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο και τακτοποιημένο! Οι φωτογραφίες αντικατοπτρίζουν τους πραγματικούς χώρους! Ο Τριανταφυλλος ήταν περιγραφικός ως προς την τοποθεσία του σπιτιού και διαθέσιμος άμεσα για τυχόν απορίες! Η θέα ήταν υπέροχη!

Το "εξαιρετικα" ακουγεται λιγο για να περιγραψει τον χωρο.Απο τα καλυτερα καταλυματα που εχουμε μεινει ποτε, και σε αυτο το επιπεδο τιμης,σιγουρα το καλυτερο. Πεντακαθαρο και πολυ ομορφο. Οι φωτογραφιες το αδικουν, στην πραγματικοτητα ειναι πολυ καλυτερο. Ο φιλικοτατος, ευγενεστατος αλλα και πολυ διακριτικος οικοδεσποτης εχει οργανωσει τον χωρο με καθε λεπτομερεια και εχει προνοησει για καθε αναγκη. Σε καθε γωνια του χωρου το μερακι ξεχειλιζει και η οργανωτικοτητα ειναι εμφανεστατη.Γενικοτερα η αισθηση που σου αφηνει με δυο λεξεις ειναι πως καποιος πολυ δικος σου ανθρωπος, σου αφησε τα κλειδια του σπιτιου του για να μεινεις καποιες μερες.Η τοποθεσια ειναι πανεμορφη και η προσβαση πανευκολη. Εξαιρετικο απο καθε αποψη.Ειναι απο τα καταλυματα που φευγεις και εισαι σιγουρος πως με την πρωτη ευκαιρια θα επιστρεψεις

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Ένα σπίτι ονειρο για παρέα, δίπλα στην πλατεία του χωριού, με πολύ άνετους χώρους και τα πιο άνετα στρώματα που έχετε κοιμηθεί ποτέ.

The place is accurate, you get what you paid for but not much else. Parking is always hit and miss in Xylokastro and the place does not provide a dedicated spot meaning you will be on the hunt if you arrive late in the evening. The room is well laid out and clean but the bathroom feels old and could be cleaner. Communication with the owner is swift but felt forced. Overall a decent choice but nothing to write home about

Logement joliment décoré, très fonctionnel, très calme avec une Jolie vue sur la mer et les montagnes du Péloponnèse. Je recommande très chaleureusement.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit with a huge balcony overlooking the water. It is very spacious and comfortable. It is about a 15-20 walk into the city centre of Patras. I highly recommend this unit for families. Lena was a fantastic host as well.

Ο χώρος είναι εξαιρετικός και ο Παναγιώτης παρείχε όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι! Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλη δίπλα στη θάλασσα και με τα πόδια μπορείς να κανεις όσα θες μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά. Ήταν όλα άψογα, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

We loved the place inside and out! It was so relaxing listening to the sound of the ocean waves, and chatting with the locals. It was easy to get around by car (no scary Greek roads). The Nikolaiika Beach a few minutes drive away is lovely, with beach umbrellas and loungers, tavernas w yummy food. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay, and would love to go back!
