The pictures don’t do justice for this property.This place had breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains with many restaurants nearby. This was a great place for relaxation with friends and family. We stayed for a week and felt right at home with the huge space and well kept garden including an amazing swimming pool. We highly recommend this place and hoping to come back some point in the future.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Η απόλυτη αίσθηση χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης. Μια βίλα πάνω στο βουνό με πολύ εύκολη και γρήγορη προσβαση. Το σπίτι παρέχει τα πάντα και η θέα σου κόβει την ανάσα. Βλέπεις θάλασσα,βουνό και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα ,η πισίνα μεγαλη για να απολαύσεις το μπάνιο σου όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας μέχρι και το βράδυ γτ είχε φωτισμό.Οσο για τον Λευτέρη, θα πω ότι είναι ο καλύτερος οικοδεσπότης , επικοινωνιακός και πολύ φιλικός.. Λευτερη σ ευχαριστούμε πολύ....

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

the Villa is located on a very high hill overlooking Trizonia island- a small, simple and beautiful greek island. The house has an amazing view (especially from the upper balcony). it is modern and beautiful with a real fireplace and a huge inside grill ! the rooms are perfect, they are actually more than rooms- they are small apartments! every room has a small kitchen, private shower and toilet, and a separated balcony. Jan is an extremely nice host and will make you feel welcomed and take care of all your needs.

Pilion is a very special place. The location is just stunning, the view, the nature and the olive trees around, the silence. To get to the house is so special as well, following a beautiful path, away from cars and streets. Unique!

Rena’s place is amazing, just as in the photos. We were two families with 3 kids each, and we all had a lovely time. We enjoyed the pool, game room, tennis court and basketball. The kitchen is well equipped. There are many restaurants, beaches and a supermarket 10 min drive. But it is hard to leave the house and pool :) Note that the room upstairs is in a cool comfortable attic but requires climbing a ladder that is not easy for some ages.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν απλά υπέροχο! Πολύ καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη και η θέα πανέμορφη. Η κυρία Ελένη πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλική. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και ελπίζουμε να το ξανά επισκεφτούμε πολύ σύντομα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Φιλοξένησε την στενή και ευρύτερη οικογένεια μου συνολικά 8 ατόμων και νιωσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και το επίσης πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο σε κάθε δωμάτιο μας εξυπηρέτησε πάρα πολύ! Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και σε άριστη κατάσταση! Το κυριότερο όμως ήταν η θέα από το μπαλκόνι η οποία ήταν ασύγκριτα όμορφη! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το σπίτι του Κωνσταντίνου! Ευχαριστούμε και εις το επανιδείν!

we had a great time in Lia apartment the location is just so beautiful and quiet and the beach next to it is a peace of heaven we had great time hanging out and make dinners in the yard outside lia's husband Ares was very friendly and help us along with great recommendations for this around and in volos, he was very responsive and answered lots of our questions to summerize great apartment amazing location and best hosts you can ask thank you

Magnifique maison, bien placée et très paisible. Nous avons trouvé des places pour se garer gratuitement au port.

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

Υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες,πανέμορφος χώρος,άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε!

Zoe et Antonis sont des hôtes irréprochables: hyper réactifs, a l’écoute, très disponibles. Leur maison correspondait en tous points au descriptif . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d’être accueillis: il y a avait des fruits, du pain, de l’ouzo et de quoi préparer un petit déjeuner. Ce qui est rare. La maison était parfaitement propre et très bien équipée: les amateurs de cuisine pourront officier sans souci! Monastiraki est un village très agréable, vivant et accauillant. La vie y est facile: un café supermarché permet d’à jeter le nécessaire et chaud elarin, des marchands de fruits et légumes passent dans le village. La Mer est toute proche, a 200 M a pied et les restaurants du village Proposent d’excellents poissons. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je remercie encore Zoé et Ànotons pour leur accueil.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location just a short walk to the beach, made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The area is also surrounded by nice little restaurants and a small convenient store (with some fresh fruits and veggies), so finding something to eat was never a problem. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The village is quiet and not noisy at all at night. Another highlight was the owner. Incredibly kind, attentive, and ensure we had everything we needed... making our trip even more enjoyable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dimitrios’ apartment. The view from the garden is amazing and the beach, which just a few steps away, is a pretty good one and not crowded at all! The AC in the bedroom works fine which is another plus in summer. However, the equipment of the flat especially in the kitchen is rather basic, the light situation is cold which makes the flat a bit uncomfortable in the evening when it’s dark outside.

Τι να πρωτοπώ γι αυτό το σπίτι.....!!!!!Είναι ακριβώς όπως το δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλύτερο.Έχει όλες τις προδιαγραφές για να μείνει μεγάλη οικογένεια αλλά και δύο οικογένειες αν το θελήσουν. Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι. Εξυπηρετικοί σε όλα και διακριτικοί.Δίπλα μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε και άμεση επίλυση σε ότι προέκυψε.Το σπίτι εξαιρετικό,πεντακάθαρο, με υπέροχη διακόσμηση και με όλες τις ανέσεις.Οι οικοδεσπότες έχουν προβλέψει και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια για να μην σου λείψει τίποτα και να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου.Τίποτα από όλα αυτά όμως δεν συγκρίνεται με την υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Θεολόγου.....!!!!!! Όλα υπέροχα, μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και εννοείται πως και την επόμενη φορά θα κάνουμε εκεί τις διακοπές μας!Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Our stay at Kostas’s house was perfect. The house is clean, accommodating, beautifully appointed, great amenities (a/c, washer) & the host was responsive and gracious. I don’t think there’s a more perfect spot on Earth - perfect for couples or families - so close to the beach & a fantastic restaurant. 5-star review!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans la maison de Charalampos qui est toujours prêt à répondre aux question pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Le quartier est paisible et typiquement dans l'esprit Grecque que nous aimons. La plage en face est agréable et peu fréquentée et il suffit de traverser la rue pour profiter des eaux claires et poissonneuses.

Καταπληκτικός χώρος άνετος καθαρός και απίστευτη φιλοξενία!!!

Περασαμε υπεροχα, η τοποθεσια του σπιτιου ειναι ιδανικη και συνδυαζει ησυχια, θεα, προσβαση στην πλατεια σε λιγοτερο απο 10 λεπτά. Το χωριο ειναι σε σημειο οπου μπορει κανεις να επισκεφθεί πολλες διαφορετικες τοποθεσιες. Ο ιδιοκτητης ηταν πολυ φιλικος και γενναιόδωρος. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο, δροσερο και με ανετους χωρους. Το μπανιο ειναι καινούργιο και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές απολυτα λειτουργικές. Η κυρια Ειρηνη φροντισε να προνοησει για πολλα και να περιποιηθει το σπιτι αψογα. Επισης μας βοηθησε προθυμα με συμβουλες και ιδεες οταν της το ζητησαμε. Η αυλη ειναι ευρυχωρη, .με γκριλ και σημεια με σκια ολη την ημερα. Προσφέρεται για καταπληκτικες ιδιωτικές στιγμες χαλαρωσης αλλα και για διασκεδαστικες ωρες με παρεα. Ταξιδευοντας με αυτοκίνητο χρειάζεται να παρκαρει κανεις γυρω στα 100 μετρα πριν το σπιτι και να συνεχίσει περπατώντας. Αυτο ομως προσφερει την πολύτιμη ησυχια και αξιζει σίγουρα τον κοπο! Ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά!

Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire et unique de la part de Christina. Une grande et belle maison nous attendait. Tout était comme affiché sur le site et plus encore. Superbement située la maison offre un confort remarquable. Notre hôtesse chaleureuse et généreuse a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. Nous avons une petite panne électrique qui a été réglé extrêmement rapidement. Christina nous a offert des présents lors de notre départ. C’est une merveilleuse hôtesse.

Πολυ βολικό και όμορφο σπιτι. Ο,τι έπρεπε για το σαββατοκύριακο με την παρέα. Ο Σταύρος πολύ φιλικός και άμεσος για οποιαδήποτε επικοινωνία. Το συστήνουμε!!
