Very helpful and friendly host. The property was situated in a central location which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. Very easy to get in and go out with a very responsive host. Had a lovely stay thanks to the host, will definitely visit again.

Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

Great place and it is easy to travel to District 1 via ride hailing services. 24 hr convenience store is a min walk away and accessible

I had a really nice time staying at the condo! The host is extremely responsive and caring about everything you might need inside or outside the apartment. The unit is well maintained with a modern look. Everything is placed correctly and clean. Never had a problem with anything. The place is conveniently connected to the airport with bus or a cheap ride of taxi. The surroundings along the canal are vibrant with a lot of options of food. This is a must to enjoy a nice trip in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you Annie!

Lala was responsive and helped us fix any problems as fast as possible. The location was good as well, many restaurants and cafes nearby. As we had a pretty long stay, we were offered weekly cleaning service and that was super helpful.

Great location with many shops around, very close to airport, free swimming pool is a bonus for kid. This is why i keep coming back to the botanica. Host also very responsive and quick to communicate.

Muy contentos con la estancia en casa de Trang. La comunicación fue siempre fácil y nos ayudó mucho con varias cosas durante nuestros días allí. El apartamento está muy nuevo y cuidado, el edificio está en la mejor ubicación dentro de la ciudad y las instalaciones son excelentes, leímos en algunos comentarios que habían cambiado las normas en la piscina.. nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema para acceder y disfrutar de las instalaciones. Es cierto que el baño está dentro de una de las habitaciones pero al viajar con nuestra hija de 3 años no fue un problema. Hay menaje limitado pero tampoco cocinamos en el apartamento. Gracias por todo!

We had a short but memorable stay in HCM with a group of 6 friends and we’re very grateful for our Airbnb host’s support and responsiveness. The apartment we booked was clean, comfortable and in a central location - just a short walk to many of the city’s main attractions. While it wasn’t the newest or most modern apartment, it had everything we needed and was a great base for exploring District 1. During our stay however, there were unexpected road closures and walking restrictions around the area due to Vietnam Reunification Day. This wasn’t ideal for our plans, especially with one couple needing to leave early the next morning for a flight. Thankfully, our host stepped in & quickly arranged an alternative apartment for us. The process was smooth and their communication was clear & helpful throughout. We really appreciated the effort and care they took to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. We’d happily stay with them again & highly recommend them to other travellers!

The apartment complex is quiet and very secure so it's a great place to relax and chill from the hectic roads and traffic. Hai is very responsive and quickly replied to all my needs. highly recommended!

Third time staying in this wonderful home away from home. Would recommend so highly to anyone visiting HCMC. Will be back (soon)!

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Tung’s place was fantastic! Co-host Quynh was the best. Great location, modern condo building with amazing rooftop pool. Washer/dryer in unit was super helpful. Location is right in the middle of it all in District 1. Quynh was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Would absolutely stay again. And reminder to point the A/C remote at the small receiver in the ceiling!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
