This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

Vi is a kind host, she help us to find express laundry nearby and her instructions so clear! her place is comfortable, clean, and easy to find. ca phe sua (ice coffee & condensed mikk) nearby her airbnb is good one!!! if you stay at Vi’s airbnb you should try the coffee❤️

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

The apartment complex is quiet and very secure so it's a great place to relax and chill from the hectic roads and traffic. Hai is very responsive and quickly replied to all my needs. highly recommended!

The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. The place is comfortable. Great place for a family. Downstairs has a convenient store which is handy. There is a night market downstairs with lots of food option , has a play centre and rides which my kids loved. Linh is always responsive and always happy to help. Our flight got cancelled and she was happy to organise us to stay for another night. Will definitely come back.

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Duc’s place, it was in a great location and was very spacious and stylish. It was walking distance to the main sites we wanted to visit and the rooftop pool was perfect to cool down in after a day in the heat! I wish we had more time there!

I've been in other masteri apartments before, but this one includes drinking water, filtered showers and an amazing view from the balcony. Very responsive host, always willing to help. Great experience and I'll be coming back.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as before! The space is cute, clean, and quiet — perfect for both relaxing and remote work. The bed is comfy, the bathtub is great, and we love the stylish, homey vibe. The location is super convenient, with lots of places within walking distance. Mallorie and Henry were amazing hosts — responsive, kind, and full of great local tips. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back again!

Ngoc’s beautiful apartment is located in a convenient area — just a short walk away from great food, local markets, and interesting sights. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Duc. Mit den Anweisungen war die Wohnung einfach zu finden. Das Haus etwas ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist aber sehr schön eingerichtet und die Matratze super bequem. Das Bad ist nach oben offen und hat kein Fenster. Was den Lärm des Clubs angeht können wir uns unseren Vorrednern anschließen. Unter der Woche hat man die Musik zwischen 11 pm -3 am gehört. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, alles kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Der Flughafen ist 45-50 min mit dem Grab entfernt. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Besuch in Saigon wieder hier übernachten 😊

The apartment is nice on a high floor, but the balcony is a bit small, so the view is limited. There're very limited parking spaces for cars at the building, so I had to find another parking location for my car and walk to the building. However, the apartment is nice and well furnished like in the photos.

There are 6 co-hosts, so there is 24 hour coverage any time you send a message. We requested water at the instructed interval. I let them know that we had about 2 days of water left as it seemed they might need time to get a bottle. It was at our door in under 2 minutes! Laundry, was washed dried and returned within 2-3 hours. We were expecting the next afternoon. Had an issue with the shower head, and when I apprised the hosts it was addressed within an hour. Which was fine as we were not there. The batteries in the TV remote were dead so I used some of the rechargeables I carry with me, so no problem there. The only real issue is that there is very little storage in he room. There is no closet or drawers, just a clothes rack. Not a big deal for us we adapted. The only thing that was really inconvenient is the amount of space around the sink. There is a narrow glass shelf and that's about it. Aside from that we're totally happy and have favorited this place!

Have a spa just down the apartment, we washed our hair at the middle of the night and enjoyed everything there. very convenient. The room is very clean and mattress very soft.
