You'll love the beautiful sunsets from the roof top deck, the open floor plan and the beach themed sandpit in the yard. You're a quick walk to the beach and community park with fun activities for all ages. There are ocean and Olympic Mountain views throughout the home. The wrap around deck allows for lots of outdoor work space. Pets are not allowed.

Its eclectic design, stunning water views, and beachfront location make it an ideal home base for your vacation. Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
