Great Place to stay!

We really loved our stay. God’s country for sure. It met all our expectations!

Our family had a great stay at Cody’s place. It was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have plenty of towels. We had everything we needed. Check in/check out was convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a large work group traveling, even if you are not a hunter. Will stay there again next time we are in SD.

Good spot to stay. We stayed for pheasant season to hunt our 10 day limit. Good location for spots to hunt on both sides of the river and didn’t have to drive too far every day for a new spot. We walked a block down to the capitol and walked through and saw the Christmas tree setup and is only a 2 minute drive from the Dakotamart and pretty good bistro in town. Had a single room with bed downstairs and 4 upstairs that let my dad get his own place downstairs once we took the kids upstairs to go to bed. Super helpful and showed up almost immediately if anything came up

Great place and worked well for what we needed. Only downfall is that neighbors were loud at night.

The house was brand new and so seemed the appliances. I really liked the layout of the home for use. The only downside would be the lack of a desk to use a computer exclusively or office space, but the island and kitchen table worked well enough for that if you are ok with that. Terry was very helpful when it came to potential conflict with a neighboring house and those renting it from using our driveway space for parking. The driveway was perfect for parking two pickups with boats still connected.

Both Dave and Connie were fun people to talk with and live next to for the week. They would be great neighbors to have anywhere you go. Their place was very comfortable and perfect for our trip and staying with two pickups and boats for the National Walleye Tour. We really wanted to stay at Dave and Connie’s the entire week, but booked too late in the season to get the entire stretch of the 9 days we needed to stay in town. It was overwhelmingly the better place for our situation.

What an amazing place to stay my first time in Pierre. Jason was immediately responsive and helpful. Despite the very cold weather, it was very cozy inside. I felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at this location. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to stay there and will definitely come back again.

Great place amongst peaceful surroundings. Terry was an ideal host with great communication and easy to work with. I would stay here again on my next trip to Pierre.

This was ideal for our family. We had 6 adults, a 16 year old, a 9 year old, 3 year old and 20 month old. The toys, back yard, and ping pong table were perfect for us. We brought a ton of food and the extra fridge were perfect. The walking path and culdesac was perfect.
