We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+
