Nestled on a wooded five-acre lot, this very special Pine Point, Maine property has been loved and enjoyed by our family and friends since 1929. The main house affords an opportunity for you and family or friends to enjoy the ambiance of a time-gone-by.

There is no public parking nearby which means it is like a private beach. After a long day at the beach, come back to relax under the trees in the serenity of the backyard and then fire up the grill & fire pit as the sun goes down. Welcome to Old Orchard Beach

This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.
