Seafood restaurants in Pine Point close to the condo, some within walking distance ( Clambake & Salty Bay ). You can walk or rent a bike from Pine Point Beach to Old Orchard Beach (2 miles) for the night life or take a nice 15 minute ride into The Old Port, Portland.
