The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Tucked away in beautiful Kōpūtai - Port Chalmers, Dunedin, is my historic 1882 one bedroom fully furnished apartment, a cosy retreat with all day sun! Relax on the veranda or visit interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and the supermarket, just a 10 minute walk away with the stadium being a ten minute drive. Less than a kilometer away from the cottage is the start of a track through native bush to the top of Mount Cargill with panoramic views of the Otago Harbour. The newly renovated cottage is warm, sunny, cosy and comfortable.
