Our home is situated in the beautiful village of Invergarry in the Scottish Highlands. Invergarry is on the A87, the road that leads to the Isle of Skye. We offer a self contained private ensuite bedroom with its own entrance to outside, our guests are provided with keys to both doors. Our room can be setup as either a superking bed or as two singles. Your room is equipped with a small fridge in which you will find a delicious continental breakfast and other treats. A warm welcome awaits you.

Light continental breakfast included every morning. Guest kitchen and sun-room for all B&B guests.

Full breakfast is provided on a daily basis. Set in a beautiful rural area in the heart of Scotland - 40 mins to Edinburgh & St Andrews, 1 hr to Glasgow, 20 mins to Perth and The Highlands easily accessible. A wonderful local pub THE BALGEDIE TOLL TAVERN is less than a 5 min walk away - serving excellent food and drink.
