We had a brief stay at Taylor's place while we were in town for an event at ECU. It was super cute and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The bedrooms were comfy, and it was quiet, which I wasn't sure about being in a multi-unit development. Easy drive to campus and anything else you might need makes it a great choice for a visit to ECU.

Ralph is a very gracious host. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Greenville.

Everything was just fine

We enjoyed how clean and convenient this property was. Easy check-in, located near campus and a lovely greenway and park. It is perfect for visiting the campus as an alumni or as a parent ECU student.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was very well-kept, clean, and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy. The location was great — very quiet and peaceful, yet super close to the ECU campus. I will definitely be booking her place again in the future!

We were in town for our wedding. This space was perfect as we wanted more than just a hotel room for our big day. Megan was great and answered our few questions within minutes. We will be checking to see if her place is available on future visits!

Shynar is the absolute best host! The home is awesome. Everything you would need. We prefer to eat in and had everything at the home to prepare meals. Even had a new grill for cooking. Gas appliances were an upgrade to what we have at our home. Beds very comfy and a nice covered back porch to hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. We will be staying there in the future. This was a great stay for a weekend where we were in town for a college graduation. It is certainly a good location for being close to campus. Jovon was great at communicating and we had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Absolutely clean and comfortable home. This property felt more like a home than a house. Furniture was comfortable, layout great, hot water, dark window shades, just enough paper towels and trash bags. Just perfect all around. We had 6 guests, shared the one bathroom inside without issue, and accessed the second bathroom on occasion as needed, which wasn’t often
