I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. We are very grateful to you, we would like to come back again. With love from Russia ♥️

Apartamento encantador, súper bien decorado y limpio! se nota que la mayoría de muebles son nuevos. Manuel nos avisó que cuidáramos del piso para que siguiera impecable y así hicimos 😀. El apartamento queda a 2 calles de la playa y cerca de muchos restaurantes top y supermercados. Hay muy buena conexión con el centro, río Turia y con la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. También hay aparcamiento de sobra muy cerca, al menos en nuestras fechas. Recomiendo visitar la playa Patacona y desayunar o almorzar en "La más bonita" queda cerca y es increíble. El anfitrión estuvo muy receptivo resolviendo las dudas que tuvimos y nos dio consejos útiles, también de surf. Seguro que volveremos!

Noeliaval a kommunikáció kedves és barátságos volt. Az ottlétünk alatt is érdeklődött felőlünk. A bejutás a stúdióba és a garázsba nagyon könnyen ment, köszönhetően a fotókkal ellátott és részletes útmutatásnak. Az apartman két fő részére tökéletesen megfelelő volt. Tisztaság, kényelmes ágy, csodás kilátás a tengerre és a napkeltére! Minden megvolt benne, amire csak szükséged lehet néhány napig (fürdőszobai szerek, tea, kávé, sőt üdvözlő italok és másnapra reggeli). Nagyon jókat aludtunk a tenger hullámaira, nagyszerű volt a teraszon reggelizni este pedig megpihenni, mikor fáradtan hazaértünk a kirándulásokból. Nagyon köszönjük Noelia, bármikor szívesen visszatérnénk! Mindenképpen ajánljuk!

El apartamento excelente, espacioso y con tremenda vista. Joan estuvo al pendiente de todo. Definitivamente consideraremos hospedarnos aquí en un futuro.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Cabanyal verbracht. Davides Wohnung in einem alten, renovierten Fischerhaus ist nicht super modern, aber gemütlich, urig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Einerseits ruhig gelegen, andererseits sowohl nah zum Meer/Strand, als auch zu guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, um sich innerhalb der Stadt zu bewegen sind sehr gut und sehr billig (Tipp: SUMA-Karte kaufen im Tabacco: 10 Karten das erste Mal 6 Euro/nachladen 10 Karten für 4 Euro) Davide ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Host. Beim Check in um 22.30 Uhr hat er uns persönlich empfangen. Bei Fragen während unsere Urlaubs war er immer per Whats App erreichbar und hat super schnell geantwortet. Auch persönlich ist er einmal vorbeigekommen, um uns bei einem Parkverstoß hilfreich zur Seite zu stehen. Wir können Davide und seine Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ich jeden weiter empfehlen kann. Direkte Lage am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke, ca. 300m Fußweg. Der Strand ist sehr sauber.

He estado muy bien en el estudio de Javier. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, tal cual está descrito. La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la playa y un ambiente muy tranquilo. Muy recomendado! Volveré, Gracias!!

Antonio was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we made our booking- helping arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport with a baby seat, and then during our stay including finding a shop that sells a pram as we had forgotten ours! The apartment is less than 5 mins walk from the beach, which is beautiful and has plenty of restaurants along the front. Antonio also provided a local guide with recommendations, some of which we visited and would highly recommend! The place was clean, and there were lots of amenities provided including kitchen roll & spray, shampoo & shower gel, dishwasher tablets & washing machine liquid- all of these are super helpful when staying for a week or so and you don’t want to buy these from the supermarket! There are 2 convenience stores in the building and also a supermarket about a 25 min walk away. Would definitely stay again

Amparo and Paula are not only exceptional hosts, they are exceptional people. They went above and beyond what you would expect of Airbnb hosts to ensure that we had the best stay possible. Amparo and Paula are helpful, generous, kind individuals who treat people how they would want to be treated. The property felt very welcoming – it was clean, tidy and amenities were provided to make our stay more comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked with equipment and tableware. We enjoyed the property’s pool and the beachfront. The local area was incredibly peaceful and felt safe. There is a shop just around the corner, which will probably have almost everything you need, and a larger supermarket which is further away (in the same area as the restaurants/cafes). The food we ate at the local restaurants/cafes (about a 20 minute walk away) was excellent. It’s also only just 2 euros for a ticket to Valencia city centre on a comfortable bus. We would happily stay again…

un piso muy limpio y cómodo! hemos pasado unos días geniales. la verdad q ya en las fotos es ideal. la cama muy cómoda. una terraza ideal para disfrutar del buen tiempo.

Zona tranquila y con muy buena ubicación, ideal para familias. Margarita ha sido una anfitriona excelente. Repetiremos!

John was an exceptionally good host and despite out late check-in time, he generously - and passionately - described many of the things we could do while in Valencia. His enthusiasm for the region is infectious and, armed with his insights and recommendations, our holiday got off to a great start.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

Ha sido una estancia fenomenal, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. Respecto a la zona nos ha parecido muy accesible y bonita, estaba a 10 min en coche del puerto, 30 min de valencia!! A destacar que teníamos barbacoa a la cual le dimos mucho uso y para nuestro gusto lo mejor de la estancia. El anfitrión en todo momento ha sido muy resolutivo y atento con nosotros, desde luego nos parece que merece totalmente la pena y más cuando hace buen tiempo. Lo único que podría mejorar es que no hay wifi como él indica claramente en el anuncio y para estancias largas vendría bien.

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Fuimos a Valencia por trabajo y la verdad es que no pudimos acertar mejor en el alojamiento. Sensación de estar en casa, todo impecable y con mil detalles. Aitor un anfitrión excepcional, siempre pendiente y siempre atento. Buscando soluciones a nuestras necesidades. Está claro que si volvemos a Valencia volveremos a tu casa Aitor. Mil gracias por todo!!

Nicolas jest fantastycznym gospodarzem. Chociaż nie mówi po angielsku jest bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Pozwolił nam zostać w domu do 19, za co jesteśmy ogromnie wdzięczni. Miłym gestem był poczęstunek na wejściu, oraz przepyszne pączki z czekoladą z okazji święta Fallas. Lokalizacja idealna. Zaraz po wyjściu z domu jest się na plaży. Przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe w odległości 2-3 minut od domu. Polecam!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carina's home in Valencia, especially for its location close to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a major plus as we had been traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks prior to our stay. Carina is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout our stay. We had no issues with noise in the area at night and there were multiple convenience stores nearby. We realized that the neighborhood does not have the best reputation, but I will note that we felt very safe in Carina's home and when walking through the neighborhood. The locals who greeted us were very friendly, and we exercised only general caution that we would use anywhere else. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia! Thanks again to Carina for being a fabulous host!
