Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un environnement idyllique, calme et proche de deux superbes criques. Nous remercions Miguel pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Le logement est complet et agréable. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine, le parking privé et le restaurant dans la résidence.

The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche zum wandern auf Mallorca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern.Yadir ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Grill und schöner Aussicht. Da wir uns komplett selbst versorgt haben war uns eine komplett Ausgestattete Küche wichtig.Da war wirklich alles da was man braucht! Salz,Zucker,Öl,Essig und viele Gewürze sind bereits vorhanden. Mein Tipp:Wer in der Nebensaison kommt empfehle ich Hausschuhe mitzubringen.Der Fliesenboden ist recht kalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Danke für die schöne Zeit

Abbiamo alloggiato ad Aprile, posizione fantastica fronte mare quindi comodità assoluta per la spiaggia, il centro e il lungomare, casa pulita e molto spaziosa, in 8 siamo stati egregiamente. Consigliatissima!

Unser Aufenthalt auf Mallorca war rundum perfekt! Die Wohnung war super ordentlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die schöne Terrasse – ein echter Wohlfühlort mit tollem Blick, der morgens wie abends ein Highlight war. Man hat sogar einen kleinen Meerblick! Auch die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch perfekt angebunden. Die Umgebung war toll! Einerseits das Meer, welches zu Fuss erreichbar ist und andererseits die kleine Shoppingsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt – alle waren unglaublich freundlich. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und konnten die Zeit einfach nur genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – vielen Dank!

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert.

Wir waren in allen Punkten rundum zufrieden.

Een fijn appartement op de eerste verdieping van een groot, vrijstaand huis. Op een paar kilometer van het strand. Het appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het appartement heeft een eigen balkon. Op de begane grond in de tuin is een zwembad en zijn een paar zitjes waar je gebruik van mag maken. Je kunt steeds kiezen om in de zon of in de schaduw te zitten. Joana is een heel attente gastvrouw. Bij aankomst stond van alles voor ons klaar, zoals wijn, bier en sinaasappels. Ze doet er alles aan zodat je je welkom voelt en het naar de zin hebt.

Très beau logement, parfait pour une grande famille ou pour un groupe d’amis. Beaucoup de salle de bains/toilettes. L’emplacement est très bien également pour se rendre à Palma très rapidement. La communication avec la propriétaire est très fluide et facile. Réponses rapides. Merci !

We were a group of 5 adults. Really great place to stay. Accommodation is very spacious. Outside area is excellent for having group meals under the shaded area. Extra 2nd toilet is useful. 2 minute walk to shop, central square and restaurants, bars and cafes. Host was super responsive to our change of arrival time. Thanks for a great stay.

Logement spacieux et très cosy, petite cour intérieure sans vis à vis. Très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Peu d'intérêt dans Manacor mais localisation idéale pour visiter l'île. Pere est réactif et s'est montré arrangeant. Nous recommandons

Incrível. O dono da Casa foi bastante prestável. Casa super bem equipada. No lugar ótimo para quem quer estar longe da confusão. Tem uma piscina gigante, muito bem tratada. Apenas sentimos que haviam bastante mosquitos tendo ficado picadas. Tem bastante espaço e tem tudo que precisamos, até mesmo aqueles pequenos extras que por vezes não são assim tão necessário comprar. Gostamos muito, um check-in bastante fácil assim como o checkout. O dono da casa deixou de ficar até o final do dia.

Could not choose better! 1 minute walking from the beach, parking was not easy, but always possible to find parking place nearby. We enjoyed staying on the terrace and BBQ in the evenings , although there are pubs, I consider the place as rather calm. The house is spacious, which we used, since we had our big bags with paragliding equipment. As an advantage I also consider the second extra toilette outside close to the terrace. Thank you, thank you, thank you.. 🙂🙏

Eine wunderschön renovierte Klosterzelle in der Kartause Valldemossa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern und traumhaftem Garten. Chopins Klosterzelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, mit Grundstock an Gewürzen/Salz von vorherigen Gästen. Tabs für den Geschirrspüler und einige Nespressokapseln wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Im April sind die Böden und Mauern noch kalt, für etwas Wärme sorgen Elektroöfen im Erdgeschoss und in den Schlafzimmern. Gerade am Morgen ist es aber in der Unterkunft noch etwas feuchtkalt, besonders in den Badezimmern. Hinweis für Gäste mit Kleinkindern: die Treppe ist sehr gefährlich, da sie zwischen Treppe und Handlauf keine Staketen hat. Kleinkinder müssen deshalb in der Wohnung stets beaufsichtigt werden, was den Aufenthalt etwas stressig gestaltet.

De host Carmen was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De omgeving was rustig, een huurauto kwam goed van pas. Het huisje beviel ons prima! Enige minpunt: we konden geen gebruik maken van het bad. Verder waren we tevreden!

Byt je prostorný, skvěle vybavený, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Vše bylo čisté, uklizené. Dostatek ručníků pro všechny hosty a dokonce i ručníky na pláž! Pro děti hračky na pláž, také slunečník a lehátka. Klidná lokalita blízko pláže, zároveň pár minut na ulici plnou obchodů, barů a restaurací. Bel okamžitě reaguje na zprávy. Určitě se vrátíme!

Cristian's accommodation was our home auf Mallorca for 8 days. it's a peaceful appartment located in the 2nd floor (no lift) in a building with 5 more appartments. The street in front of the building is very quiet. no big traffic. The Pool is a common one for the 6 Partien (during our stay in April- only 3 other were used). it's about 20min walking to the main plaza of Portocolom old town with the church and 1 nice bar/Restaurant which was not expensive and quite authentic (many Locals hanging around there). We enjoyed: -wonderfull views from Terrasse - space in the flat with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -easy parking situation in front of the building (at least it April- Easter time, it was easy) - 2 bars/restaurants straight at the beach, 5min walk (S'Arenal and Cafe Blue) - We were lucky to see dolphins in the bay in front of the flat -Easy shopping in local supermarket: EROSKI (3km from the appartment) The Excursions to: - Cala Vargues & Monaster San Salvador

l hébergement hors des sentiers battus est très calme, reposant. Le jardin et la piscine en font un petit paradis! Ralph est très accueillant est très a l ecoute des demandes. Ce fut parfait. Merci

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Logement spacieux, très propre et conforme à la description. Une magnifique vue. L’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse est agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!
