Colorado Surf Condo is a 3 bedroom two bath condo on the ground floor of Villa Rio Dulce bldg at gated community of Hacienda Iguana. Our community has a spectacular 1.75 mile beach that has 2 surf breaks: world renown "Colorado", right in front of our condo and "Panga Drops" which is a 15 minute walk down the beach. A 45 second walk from our patio takes you to the Beach Club which has a bar, pool and restaurant and is right in front of the Colorado break for great views of the surfing.

Unit 201B is the newest townhome in the Talanguera development and has the best ocean views of all the suites. The balconies off the master bedroom and living area offer unmatched views of the pool, garden area and San Juan del Sur bay. The townhome is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, hot water and we have AC in every room. The development is located at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay just a block off the beach and only a 12 minute walk into town.

A brand new, quiet 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, just on the edge of town. The newest development, finished 2 years ago, has a pizza shop, dentist office, and a few other offices just below, and all the essentials close by. It's a 2 minute drive to town, or 12 minute walk across the beach. We always have many remote workers staying, so we have 30mbps fibre optic wifi and a space to work at. Ask for more details if you need higher bandwith or anything else specific.

It's significantly quieter in this area of town so you will be close to all the action and still get a great night of sleep afterwards.
