We had an amazing time! We were super happy with the bedrooms. We loved having the separate playroom from the living room (they even had a great selection for extra toys!). Diana was super responsive and was quick with any questions we had. The pool was great - the backyard play area was amazing with kids. Overall, we would stay again and recommend to anyone looking in the area!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house was beautiful, the pool was amazing to have for the kids. Hosts supplied everything you’d need for beach and or pool. Cathy was very helpful and so friendly. It was our first time in NC and we did not want to leave. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future! Thank you for hosting us!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

The home beautiful and clean. Well equipped with what we needed to get out stay stared. The kids feel in love with the pool, I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Would definitely rent it again.

Alex a été un hôte très gentil, accueillant et très arrangeant. Il a été très bienveillant; et a pris bien soin de nous. Il a pris soin que nous nous sentions à l’aise chez lui ainsi que dans la ville. Ses conseils et recommandations ont été très utiles pour mieux se repérer et profiter au mieux de Wilmington. La maison est charmante, très accueillante et pleine de jolies couleurs; on se sent comme chez soi. Tout est propre et il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition dans la maison. Le fait que nous puissions nous garer devant chez lui est très pratique! En bref, nous avons été charmé par notre séjour et par la gentillesse d’Alex, et nous avons hâte de revenir séjourner dans son logement dans le futur!

We just loved staying at this end of the beach! We had always stayed closer to the restaurants and action, but since my 92 year old mother needed an elevator, for this family weekend, we gave Emily’s home a try. The reviews were so positive, so we couldn’t go wrong. The house was exactly what we needed. Truly a house for eight people with dining for eight. A big kitchen where we could all help out with preparing meals. Rocking chairs in the front deck facing the ocean- overlooking and empty beach lot- where we could see wind and kite surfers. The breeze was fabulous up there, and Emily provides pillows and blankets to make it all super comfy. There is only one tv, so that the house becomes about togetherness— we only turned it on one night and for Formula 1 ;) For our family, that was PERFECT! We walked in the beach but did not have time to sit on the beach. Emily has beach chairs, towels, and sand toys for the young and old! We will definitely come back to this very special house!!!

Beautiful beach house. Clean, neat, and interacted with Salem with immediate response. Easy walk to beach. We had a great time. Would love to stay again in the future.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Rachel’s place was in the perfect location, right in the middle of great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and beach bars. The photos did not do the house justice - it is even more beautiful in person with great homey touches and a cozy vibe. The balconies overlooking the marina was perfect and serene, and the walk to the beach was very short and doable. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Had a wonderful stay! James was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to loan us a high chair so we didn’t need to travel with one. He was very responsive and kind! House is in a perfect location to travel all around in a quick trip - downtown, Wrightsville beach, midtown, monkey junction, the airport. It was serene and nestled in the woods and we will definitely be staying there for future visits!

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

We had a great stay at Kolleen’s place. Loved the front screened porch to relax in and listen to the birds. Was very peaceful. We came down for Easter and to visit my son, who lives in Oak Island. Kolleen’s place was just as described and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We even hosted dinner, one evening, for 7 of us (plus 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, just a little tricky crossing the main road (but doable). The bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place close to the beach. Ashley’s place is very clean and has everything you and your dogs need! There are tons of things to do within the area and Southport is only a 10 min drive.

This was our second stay at Reel Lucky! We have fallen in love with Holden Beach and it was nice to come back to a familiar place. Mark’s place is clean, great proximity to the beach and has everything you need. We especially love the backyard with the inlet and enjoyed fishing on the dock and sitting out on the porch at night. We would eventually like to have our own place at Holden beach but until then will choose Reel Lucky again and again. Thank you for another great stay!

Wow. Probably the nicest airbnb I’ve ever been to. The house is pure luxury with every amenity included. Coffee, cream, soap, shampoo, snacks, fruit, you name it. The pool is out of a magazine and I couldn’t believe it was all ours. The house is in an excluded gated community about 12 minutes to the beach. We will be back next year without a doubt. We had such a blast.

Had an amazing stay! The house was perfect, you couldn’t ask for a better location and view. It was a great set up for dogs and very accommodating all around. Jeanette was great to communicate with and all of her instructions easy to follow. We can’t wait to come back!
