Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Well located/great access to local beaches, 14 min drive to Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, 25min toTotnes/rail to London. Wifi, TV, DVD. Peaceful & calm. The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. The lower bed pod; suitable for a child/teen has restricted head height. It has free street parking

This detached accommodation is at the rear of the owner's house. Visitors use the carport & walk up a sloping path with half a dozen steps to a sun terrace for their sole use. The accommodation consists of a small entrance porch, living room with a terracotta tiled floor, neatly fitted galley kitchen, casual dining area, fully tiled shower room W.C. with vanity basin and a small double bedroom. The patio with its pergola has a built in bbq & a chimenea which makes it ideal for outside eating .

The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The area nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for access to the local beaches and the coastal path. If you enjoy walking and exploring, the annex is ideal! There's couple of really nice pubs close by too. If you’re looking for a quiet coastal retreat then this is perfect.

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

The Lookout- a perfect place to escape

The Lookout is a self contained annex located in Wembury, Devon, [ an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty] on the South West Coast path. The accommodation consists of two rooms [one upstairs and one downstairs] and a lovely downstairs shower room. The upstairs room boasts a stunning sea view , views of the countryside and the iconic landmark, the Mew Stone. There is a separate garden area for guests to use. The Lookout kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, electric hobs and an air fryer.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .

Well equipped small kitchen with fridge gas cooker and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer available. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

The Garden House, Noss Mayo

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre.

The Annexe is a cosy property that has been recently updated, whilst still retaining some original features. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Egloskerry, approximately 4 miles outside of Launceston. An ideal location for trips to the beach, and walks on the Moors, which can both be reached within 30 minutes. The property includes a cosy log burner, a small private garden, and one off-street parking space.
