This home has a spacious 1-car garage, fully fenced backyard, and lots of parking space! One spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. Two spare bedrooms and one full spare bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have queen size beds, sizable closets, and TV's in each bedroom!

Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
