Luxury villa “Sea Melody” offers accomodation for 11 persons in Podstrana, beautiful city by the sea, near of Split. For your full enjoyment, there is a stunning heated pool with a massage mechanism and a waterfall. Across the road is a beautiful beach, only 100 meters from the villa! There are 3 luxury, fully equipped apartments: 1. on the ground floor, 2. on the second floor and 3. on the top floor. Apartments are rented to the same guests. There is no mixing guests who don’t know each other.

Objekt NU Sea View s pogledom na more i grad sadrži balkon na kojem možete uživati u zalascima sunca. Smješten je na 900m od plaže Strožanac te nudi besplatno privatno parkiralište. Ima klimu sadrži više spavaćih soba(2), dnevnu sobu s kaučem na razvlačenje, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s hladnjakom i aparatom za kavu, više kupaonica(2). Dostupni su ručnici i posteljina, tablete za perilicu rublja i posuđa, kao i ampule za kavu. Udaljen je 10 km od samog centra Splita i svih znamenitosti grada.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. This elegant new accommodation is located only 10 min walking distance from the beach. Away from the main road it´s very quiet. The accommodation is equipped with air-condition, a small kitchen with fridge, cooking utensils, Satellite TV, Internet with WI-FI, two rooms with double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Available free parking next to the house.
