À lovely house which we thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing lacking was a shady location at the back in the mornings.

Shannon had been a wonderful host. Clear instructions was given on how to find the house. Check in was super easy. House is very clean and had everything we need, and the beds were comfortable too. Extra bed were provided as well. We parked our car in the garage, easy access to the house. The kids enjoyed the shared pool, we had the pool to ourselves all the time. Complimentary bread, milk and cereals were provided which is lovely.

Priscilla and Daniel were kind, helpful and quickly replied messages. Easy to park the car. If you don’t have a car, there’s just less than 5mins walk to train station. Easy and convenient for self checked-in. For overall, I’m happy with this place 😁😁

The stay at the Bayside retreat was an absolute dream! Ray and Cat were wonderful to deal with the entire time and I couldn't recommend this spot more.

We had a great stay with our 3 year old daughter and Tony kindly let us extend our stay longer.

Staying at Kristin’s is a perfect place for peace, relaxation and easy fast access to a truly magnificent beach (Home Beach, no lifeguards but a safe lagoon) and short walk to wonderful Cylinder (lifeguards). The surroundings are so peaceful. Great place to chill, read, room to eat indoors and out. Good facilitator cooking. Great for a family or group of friends. Highly recommend. Cafe on site we did not use this time but heard from locals is good. Kristen was really responsive, excellent host.

We stayed for a month here and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. Check in/out was easy and instructions were clear. Close to public transport and the bus station, as well as grocery and restaurants. We recommend this property and would stay here again.

we had a wonderful time in the apartment. everything was exactly as described. very clean and very well equipped. The contact with the landlord was perfect and very quick. we can recommend this accommodation!

We rented the apartment for just over a month, and it met all our needs. In fact, we were very comfortable. It is located close to the local amenities, the marina and the train station, and so is very convenient to meet a variety of needs. Adam was very friendly and willing to help.

We would certainly recommend Kym’s place. Ideal location to Cleveland shopping centre, Cleveland markets, a short walk to the ocean, swimming available and other comfortable walking to many other areas in Cleveland. Access to the local bowling club, RSL and many restaurants in Raby Bay and the areas of Cleveland. All within walking distance. The building has underground parking. Easy to enter and depart. A lift to the room. Air conditioning. 3 large bedrooms and a large study. Great kitchen with utensils to use. Beautiful views when it rains or when watching the sun rise. Balcony to sit out on to your cuppa/lunch/dinner or just on the balcony to enjoy the quiet times. A lovely pool is also here. Friends came over to visit and were quite impressed with the size of the apartment and the views. Thankyou to Kym and her family for assisting us while we were in residence.

Truly a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a rest. This included our dog, who enjoy the outside area and pondering across the water view. Caught up on some book reading, and local events. Will be a place to return to, perfect for a small family, 2 couples on a catchup, or just 2 adults and dog needing a great place to rest and enjoy the surroundings
